The property information, including amenities and house details, was clearly provided in advance, and our team is always available to assist with any questions during your stay. If you had contacted us about Wi-Fi issues, appliance instructions, or other concerns, we would have been more than happy to help immediately. We’ll certainly review your comments regarding lighting and the front step, but we also encourage guests to communicate during their stay so we can resolve matters quickly and ensure a comfortable experience. The oven, cupboards, and shower have been thoroughly cleaned, and we’ve established routine deep-cleaning schedules to prevent any future concerns. • Maintenance: The dining chairs and loose tiles have been repaired, ensuring a safe and stable environment. • Facilities: Just let you know, we don't have fitness centre as we are just an accommodation. But we do provided one bicycle fitness equipment just as the photo shown. We’re very sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable during your stay. To clarify, the house has been thoughtfully designed as two separate units for privacy — the accommodation is at the front, and we, the hosts, live in the unit at the back. The person you saw in the backyard was my father, and we can assure you that he does not have access to the guest unit. We completely understand how this might have caused concern, especially since you arrived first with your children. Your comfort and peace of mind are very important to us, and we’ll make sure to better communicate this arrangement to future guests so there’s no confusion.
