Profitez de vacances mémorables avec vos proches dans ce charmeur vintage parfait à l'emplacement imbattable de Fort Grounds. Le Fort Grounds Cottage est une adorable maison d'hôtes indépendante entièrement meublée de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain, à quelques pas de la plage / du lac et à distance de marche de toutes les activités que le centre-ville de CdA propose toute l'année. Pour nos invités avec des chiots, la maison a une cour entièrement clôturée. Il a été récemment rénové et conçu par des professionnels avec de nouveaux meubles et tout ce que vous et vos invités pourriez souhaiter pendant votre séjour. Que vous souhaitiez jouer au golf, nager, faire du kayak, du vélo, faire de la randonnée à Tubb's Hill, vous promener dans le centre-ville de CdA ou simplement vous détendre et profiter de tout ce que le magnifique CdA a à offrir, cette location de vacances répond parfaitement à ces besoins pour une fête jusqu'à 5 personnes.

Lorsque vous entrez dans le Fort Grounds Cottage, vous ressentirez le confort confortable du salon et du coin salon devant la cuisinière à gaz. Il abrite un écran plat SMART HDTV et une connexion Wi-Fi partout. La salle à manger à droite dispose d'une table à manger de hauteur bar, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6. Les chambres à l'étage disposent d'un lit complet, d'un lit double et d'un lit de repos / gigogne qui peut se convertir en lit queen. Il y a une unité laveuse / sécheuse hors de la cuisine, une terrasse / barbecue pour les repas en plein air dans cette maison d'hôtes clôturée privée, et un grand parking devant ou derrière la maison.

Cozy and lovely!

This house was so fun! Walking distance to everything we love about Coeur d'Alene in the summer! Park, beach, restaurants, etc. Skate park for the kids to play and a small park to play! The house is small but so cozy! The queen bed upstairs is so comfortable. The beds in the 2nd room is great for kids but i wouldnt recommend for adults because they are small. The ac works great in all rooms and it kept a great temperature during our stay. The kitchen is small, so not a stock up kind of refrigerator but restaurants are everywhere! Washer and dryer work great and if you want a cda experience i highly recommend!

Great location!

We had a lovely stay in this home. The location cannot be beat - we were able to walk everywhere: across the quiet street to an amazing children's playground, as well as the beach/boardwalk and into downtown where there were a ton of delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The home itself was clean, and the hosts included extras such as laundry detergent, shampoo, bottled water, and so on. They also included a wagon, beach towels, beach and sand toys....they've thought of everything! Our only complaints were that the bedrooms need curtains (the neighbors have a very bright orange security light that stays on all night and shines directly into both rooms), and the fruit on the large tree in the yard is rotten, and the smell was quite terrible exiting and entering the home. If we are planning a trip to Silverwood or to the Idaho area for any other reason, we would definitely stay here again!!

Would absolutely recommend this property. Walkable to Main Street and all the water activities. Great outdoor space. It’s a separate house behind the main house, so very close to another rental, so it’s safe and quiet. Host was prompt and easy to communicate with, and my friends and I had a lovely trip!

Absolutely perfect location! The property itself needs some tlc and needs to have a deep clean.

Great first time experience. Host was excellent. And super easy check in. Just recommend a bit better cleaning crew, it wasn’t awful but definately needs a deep clean.

We really enjoy this little property. It was so nice to be so close to the beach and downtown. We could bike and walk to all the fun shops in town. We loved having the option to have our pups there with the enclosed yard. Thanks for a great stay!

This place is perfect! You can’t beat its location! The rental itself is adorable. Nicely furnished and appointed with extra touches such as an ice maker and plenty of water toys and chairs, coolers, etc. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat and plan to do so next time we’re in CDA.

Flo was so good we couldn’t get in and she took good care having someone come right over to help us. The cottage is decorated so Cute and well stocked with everything! Location was wonderful you can walk everywhere! We would stay here again for sure! We had a Great time! Thanks again!

Loved it!

Lovely cottage in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. I’ve traveled to Coeur d’Alene several times before and this stay has been my favorite, by far! Can’t beat the location, amenities, and convenience of not having to use our car to stroll downtown for perusing, eating, and activities. Great find and we absolutely loved our stay!

Super cute and well stocked house in prime location. Our kids loved the park and courts across the street, and as a family, we really enjoyed walking along the promenade and the Main Street just steps from the property. Would highly recommend and we plan to be back later this summer!

Great little house in a perfect location

As a family we loved this location, everything was so close by! We took advantage of the park across the street and being able to walk to downtown and along the beach without having to drive anywhere. Flo was very helpful during the whole process and with giving recommendations.
