We really enjoyed our stay. It met all expectations, great for a group of people with a lovely open plan, sunlit living area and kitchen. Lots of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor area was great for our pups, all fenced in. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and also not too far to walk down to the local restaurants rather than drive. Would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as described. It was open and had lots of natural light. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to the beach.

Initial impression was underwhelming : *the bi fold windows were all dirty, the tracking was full of dirt and leaves, as was the outdoor table. * dust was hanging from fans in the lounge dining , area which didnt work until we purchased new batteries as the ones in the remote were corroded.* the ensuite basin was blocked.* their were no sheets on the master bed until we called the company to advise.* nice layout in general, the lawn hadnt been mowed recently and the fence had cobwebs all over them, stange look particularly since they had an open for inspection 30 mins before we arrived. * location very good close to beach and walk to town. * pet friendly enclosed fence area.

Several of the issues you’ve listed — linen not being on the bed, a blocked basin, non-functioning fan remote, and general cleanliness concerns — are exactly the types of matters that must be reported immediately on arrival so they can be addressed during the stay. As outlined in our terms, guests are required to notify us on the day an issue occurs so we are given the opportunity to rectify it in-house.
Outdoor presentation (lawns, fences, external tables) can change quickly in coastal environments, however anything not meeting standard should also be raised straight away so it can be attended to where possible.
We note your positive comments regarding the layout, enclosed pet-friendly yard, and excellent location close to the beach and town. Your feedback has been recorded for internal review to ensure presentation and pre-arrival checks are improved.
