Coolart Studios: Studio One

A great place to relax and unwind after your day out at the beach or touring around the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
The studio has a king size bed, a spacious living room and a large deck to chill out.
There is a lovely relaxing feel to CoolartStudios. Being amongst tall gums listening to the chirping birds away from the city traffic is very relaxing.
The studios are at the front of our property. There are native gardens to wander around.

We live on the property, but if you are after complete privacy it is possible not to see us for the duration of your stay. However, if you do need us we are a very short walk, text or call away.
We are in a rural area but just a short drive to the shops in Balnarring, the Somers and Balnarring beaches and many gorgeous wineries worth visiting.
If you love walking Balnarring village is about 35 minutes walk each way.
It is advisable to have a car. The nearest public transportation is Bittern Train Station, a five minute Uber/Cab ride.
PETS: Very well behaved pets are welcome but we need to know - please contact Eric to discuss prior to booking if you wish to bring your pet with you. There is a flat fee to pay of $75 per pet, no matter the length of your stay.
Please note if your pet does have an accident on the rugs or chews any furniture there will be an addition charge for cleaning and or repairs.
