Obscenely overpriced.

For the price I paid for this accomodation I could have stayed in central Sydney in a good hotel with a proper bed and much nicer facilities. The bed was atrocious with hills and troughs in the mattress, the pillows were filled with the softest non existent foam ever and became pancake like when your head hit them. The bathroom was clean and that’s the only good thing to say about this accomodation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been travelling for over 8 weeks staying at at many and various accommodations. We liked Beach Shack #1 but found a few issues. This response is not meant to criticize but help improve. It needs more powerpoints for charging phones etc. The existing ones are poorly located.There is no air conditioning, which didn't bother us due to thee time of year, but we wouldn't go back because of this. The TV is mounted too high on the wall and you look at the ceiling light when watching TV. There is no dishwasher so we wouldn't book for an extended stay. There were empty beer bottles thrown in the garden. We had problems following the Agents directions. eg. no lock box code. No location for the lock box. Poor advice about bin night.The layout of the bedroom could be much improved by removing the built in wardrobe and replacing with a simple rack.
