This was a very nice house. We used it on for a crew house and it worked out great for us. Kitchen was great and we had plenty of space to separate in the evening to do our own thing.

The house is in good condition but not plush. It is well stocked with kitchen/cooking/dining items and bathroom towels/supplies. Bottom line, if you have kids/teens/adults that like mini golf, foosball, air hockey, pool table, indoor basketball, etc...this is the house for you!

Family Fall Break

Our family truly enjoyed this property. There was plenty of room to relax and for sleeping. The backyard was so cool with putt putt and the fire pit.

Weekend Retreat

Went on a weekend getaway with friends and could not have been happier with the experience. Clean, well-appointed, and full of amenities and things to do. The host was attentive, helpful, very quick to respond, and overall just wonderful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Really fun for family vacation

3 generations rented this house for a graduation weekend celebration with extended family. So many fun games and activities kept all the kids busy. Easy to cook - knives were sharp. Property manager responded to problems.

Go here with family and kids!!

This is the place for family fun! We played and played. The putt putt was so fun and the reason we booked the house. The play room kept us up late one night playing games. Loved that the TV stayed off most of the time . The house was clean and so many fun details ; echos to play music so unique. We had a huge storm and noticed some water on the floors and they came immediately and cleaned it and solved the issue. This would happen to any house with that size storm . Book this house and make sure you plan time to enjoy it .

Wonderful stay!

I booked this property for a small getaway/retreat with family and work team. We had kids and adults. Everyone enjoyed the house and amenities. Everything was clean and easy to find/work. On our first night, the smoke detector battery started chirping and maintenance was immediately sent over and fixed the issue. The area is so quiet and peaceful! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Property was also great for pictures!

Excellent property!

We stayed at the property for New Years eve. It was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend it for groups and families with kids. Lots of entertainment in the game room. The place was nicely stocked, clean and all amenities easy to use.I loved how the host even left NY's hats, whistles and a bottle of champagne. It was a nice touch.

Fantastic cabin

The cabin is amazing! The rental had every amenity you would need. The beds were comfy, they had a wide array of board games and card games , air hockey, game console, Pac-Man, pool table, hot tub and the mini golf was so cool. We didn’t use it because we were only there for 2 days and it was way too hot to play. They also had both types of coffee machines (drip and Keurig). The towels in the bathroom were plush and so nice. Thank you for making our short stay amazing!! The Welch Family.

Exceptional Stay

The detail that the owners put into this stay is what made it so amazing! The space is beautiful and very functional. Game room is massive and perfect to have the kids away yet close by. One thing to be aware of is the MIL suite is only accessible by going outside and down the stairs / driveway (we didn't catch onto that when looking at pics). Everyone loved the putt putt course, esp the kids. Kitchen was stocked with plenty bowls, small appliances. Very thoughtful having alexa wall speakers and tons of games for us to enjoy. Firepits, both gas and wood burning, were accessible, in great condition, and easy to use. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the convenience to food city! Very quiet area with GORGEOUS view of mountains and valley. We usually stay at cabins in the mtns for Christmas, this however, was a very nice change!!

Our daughters and their families met us in Kodak for a post-Christmas get together. We traveled from Middle TN, Atlanta and Baltimore. The house worked well for our group of 5 adults and 4 teens. The game room and the hot tub were big draws for the teens. There were plenty of things to do and no one complained that they were bored! The kitchen and dining area was always in use for cooking and snacking when we were at the house. The view from the back of the house is stunning.We were out and about a lot, and the location of the property is ideal for seeing the area sights. The property is out of the congested areas, but close enough to easily access Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Use your GPS to route you to your destinations since traffic can back up quickly on the major roads.We did a lot in 4 days! Dollywood at Christmas is magical. We recommend staying in the park after dark to see the full effect of the Christmas lights. We had very mild weather for late December, and the guys enjoyed two golf outings to Island Pointe Golf Club, which they highly recommend. The staff couldn’t have been nicer! We also enjoyed the 3 mile walk on the Sevierville Greenway along the Little Pigeon River. Tanger Outlets shopping and thrifting were activities that the ladies enjoyed. The teens enjoyed the escape room at Escapology.A good time was had by all! Thoroughly enjoyable!

Great experience!

Two couples, each with two boys ranging in ages 5 to 9. We could not have picked a more perfect place. So much space. So many beds and TVs. So many wonderful amenities. The game room was a hit as well as the hottub AND the mini golf course. You can literally watch TV in the hottub and then hop out to play mini golf. Our kids were in heaven and did not want to leave. They did not fuss and fight at all as there was plenty of entertainment to go around. The place is nicely updated and was very clean also. We plan to come back for sure!!

Loved this place!

This place was perfect and the owners have spared no expense for amenities! We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was honestly one of the best! High quality sheets, towels, cookware, rugs, everything high quality! We made this last minute reservation after our Florida vacation rental was cancelled due to hurricane damage and we were very happy with the stay!
