Our cozy and charming 3-bedroom cottage, minutes from Lake Simcoe may be exactly what you need for a getaway with your partner, family (with kids) or friends. Sit around the fire place in the backyard and exchange stories while roasting marshmallows, or simply enjoy a netflix movie or a board game in the living room, or maybe take a walk along the pristine shoreline of the lake.

The Innisfil Public Beach, Tim Hortons and Sobeys, restaurants etc are just minutes away. you'll love it!
The space
The cottage is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, and utensils, 65" TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Walking distance to Innisfil Beach Park (Lake Simcoe). 20 minutes drive to Friday Harbour Resorts. Sobeys, No Frills, LCBO, Canadian Tire, Starbucks, Pizza Nova, Shoppers Drug Mart all within 5 minutes drive.

The cottage itself is warm and cozy with 3 bedrooms and 1 full washroom. 4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway. The garage is not available for guests.
Other things to note
It's a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We believe in being considerate neighbours and so request our guests to please keep the music and noise to an acceptable level.
please note there is no air conditioning. There are three tower fans available to use. Temperature are usually comfortable after evening during summer.
