Fully Equipped Kitchen:

The kitchen has all the tools you need, including modern appliances, cookware, and a Keurig for your morning caffeine. Whether you’re whipping up a full dinner or simply enjoying a snack, you’ll feel right at home.



Two Comfortable Bedrooms:

The condo features two cozy bedrooms with queen-sized beds, offering the perfect space to rest and recharge. Plus, you’ve got a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, so you can freshen up after a day on the slopes or exploring the area.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Ptarmigan Rental properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Montana does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the Ptarmigan Rentals office to inquire about options.



Guest Access:

Our condos are keyless locks, you will have a personalized door code made for you. Please follow the arrival instructions that will be sent through Airbnb messages



Other Things to Note:

The condo furnishes each reservation with a starter set of consumables that includes sample size shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, sponges for dishes, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, kitchen and bathroom towels. Once this starter set is exhausted, it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase additional provisions.
