Very handy location for campus access and Dickson street. Walkable to many restaurants, shops etc. we rented for family weekend and we enjoyed our time here. Very accommodating with extended checkout after a late night at the football game. Thanks!

The house was exceptionally clean on the inside. The location was within walking distance to Dickson St. and restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked. Has very easy entry. Will definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we love it! Whenever we go to Fayetteville, we look to see if this house is available. It is a very short walk to Dickson Street and not much further to the square. We love the screened in front porch and the vibe of the neighborhood. The host is always responsive and very amenable to reasonable requests. We highly recommend this listing.

It’s a great house in a good location. It would be a long walk to the game but doable, we just took an uber instead. Everything was comfortable and clean.

Location is everything

Quaint historic home near Dickson Street and the University of Arkansas. Perfect for a stay to visit your college student & take in all the sights of Fayetteville. We enjoyed the home and its amenities including the parking. Everything was top notch and we'd certainly stay there again.

Rockwell Stay

I had a fantastic stay at this property right in the heart of downtown. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was within walking distance. The home was spotless and well-maintained, and the check-in process was a breeze. The property manager was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to future travelers and would gladly book again!

We loved the house and the neighborhood! Craftsman style is one of our favorite kinds of architecture! And being able to walk to Dickson Street is wonderful. The house was very clean and the small details, like the towel swan on the bed, were very charming. The bottle of wine and snacks were also a very welcoming touch, and the screened in porch is so nice. We look forward to staying here again.

This is NOT A HOUSE to rent they have someone living in the house in the basement who smokes ALOT trash and cigarettes buds littered the property. You have to walk directly in front of the door this person living there uses past the trash and cigarette smoke. This is NOT A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY it is falsely advertised. As a mother with two children coming up to attend camps I Did not feeling comfortable or safe staying here. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHARED HOUSE WITH SOMEONE LIVING HERE AND A HUGE SMOKER!
