This was an amazing property to spend with family. The nature around the house is beautiful and having access to kayaks was a great addition! The home feels very warm and inviting! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, and the property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little extras and special touches that made the stay feel even more welcoming.Tom was fantastic to communicate with—responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. My bestie since high school and I had a fabulous weekend here. We shared many laughs in these walls as we reminisced about 30 years of friendship. The location was perfect. It was peaceful and private. The house was clean and exactly as the photos showed. Once we know our schedule better, we plan to try to come back next year.

Every one loved the location. Kids enjoyed the creek behind the house. The 3 decks have great views of muscatatuck river. We had everything we needed and our host was ready and willing to get us any additional items needed.A great family trip!

Our family stay here was excellent! Comfortable & beautiful location and we all felt at-home. Attention to detail was exceptional from host and very much appreciated! Comfortable beds & living room seating and fully functional kitchen made our stay super easy for staying in the whole weekend. Beautiful & relaxing outdoor spaces were icing on the top!

Great place to stay beautiful property by the river

We had a great time . The cabin was very nice and clean and Tom was in contact incase we needed anything . We traveled around the area and out further on our motorcycles , great roads and small town places to eat .

I was drawn to this property for the close proximity to the river. It did not disappoint! The leaves were beautiful & the sound of the river was so soothing & relaxing. I spent quite a bit of time on the deck taking in the magnificence of the area. We also loved how close we were to North Vernon so could easily run into town for food!

We were in town for my brothers wedding at willow lake and the accommodations of this cabin were excellent! My 3yo daughter keeps asking when we can go back!

AMAZING

Our team had an amazing stay at this cabin while in town for work. It was spacious, spotless, and filled with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. After long days, we loved unwinding on the decks and cooling off in the river. The peaceful setting was just what we needed to recharge each evening. Amazing house on river

My friends and I rented this house for a weekend reunion trip and amazed at the setting of the house on the river and all the amenities. The decks overlooking the river are very nice and tranquil. We will be renting this place in future visits to North Vernon and area.

Quiet Restful Hideaway

Our stay was awesome! It was so nice, quiet, and restful even though we were there for only a short time. The boys loved playing in the water and riding in the kayak. It was great to just unplug and enjoy nature. Thanks so much! We will definitely recommend this place to others.

A wonderful home

Tom's house was perfect for our family of seven. Our kids enjoyed playing in the Muscatatuck river behind the house and we thoroughly enjoyed the sights and sounds of the forest around us. The house was very well equipped for all of our needs. Of all the rental properties we've stayed at, this was our favorite so far.

3 of my friends and I came up to go deer hunting. The house is just as described. Tom was a great host and helped us with everything we needed. We hope to come back.

Amazing

This was the absolute perfect spot to get away. The views of the river and being on a quiet dirt road out in the country. Definitely felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner at night! Can’t wait to be back there again!
