Wonderful stay with all the comforts of home, including a much appreciated welcome hamper. The property was clean, accessible and in a good location. It is a stunning federation home.

Such a beautifully restored property. So comfortable, lots of thoughtful extras, we absolutely loved our stay at Balmoral. Very clean and such a convenient location, would love to come back sometime.

Remarkable Victorian atmosphere

Very impressive and comfortable. Lovely atmosphere and ideal to our needs. Very spacious and accommodating along with private and quiet. Happy to return again !

Winter stay away

Tastefully and comfortably decorated. Felt at home as soon as we walked through the door The welcoming basket was a lovely touch. Overall a very easy and stressless stay.

Beautiful house

Balmoral was a beautiful old house in immaculate condition. The amenities were excellent and the house was obviously well looked after. We had a wonderful time.

Three nights at Inverell

The property was a cute Federation style home. It was a delightful property to stay in , plenty of room and very comfortable. It was in a nice location to town and surrounding areas of Inverell. The gifts of a bottle of wine and breakfast were a nice thought and lots of thanks for that. Next time we visit we will certainly book the property again.

Everything was as advertised and was a truly wonderful way to spend a week in Inverell. We have recommended it to relatives who like us like in other states and from time to time have to visit family. The other places we have used before were substandard. Well done and thank you.

Balmoral a must stay for adult families

Balmoral was an excellent house stay which accommodated 7 of my family for a funeral. The space was perfect for dining together & reflecting on the day & sharing family times. Heating in every room helps as it is very cold in Inverell & the house. Beautiful decor, finishes & comfort. The living room well appointed. Your luxury home, away from home. We recommend a 2 night stay anytime. My wife & I will be back.
