Cosmic Sunset is a mid-century modern home in proximity to sunny downtown Palm Springs, located on the western edge of beautiful Coachella Valley. Guests will love this pet-friendly paradise as it features a spacious covered patio with outdoor lounge furniture, private pool, and stunning views. Close to restaurants, local shops, and other entertainment. This home sleeps 6.

Step through the Cosmic Sunset-colored front door of this 3-bedroom home and into an inviting entryway that opens to the great room. A large wall of windows brings nature indoors while illuminating the living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. In the main living area is a cozy grey linen couch accented with bright yellow pillows, plus 2 natural material chairs—perfect for binge-watching TV or enjoying family time. Across from the couch sits an oval 6-seat dining room table ready for an intimate dinner made in the contemporary kitchen, replete with stainless steel appliances and 2-stool breakfast bar. Follow with yummy cocktails through the sliding glass doors to the gorgeous, covered patio and private pool with lounge chairs. When it’s time for bed, head down the hallway to the 3 dreamy bedrooms—1 primary suite with private bath and 2 guest rooms.

Cosmic Sunset is an airy and open retreat with plenty of natural sunlight glowing throughout, making it the ideal California getaway.

Nice original MCM home

Great neighborhood. Had a few small issues which were discussed with the manager and taken care of quickly. If you want a quiet neighborhood (minimal plane noise) with a pool and great vibe - this is it.

Perfect Stunning

This was our first trip to Palm Springs and it was everything and more of what we envisioned! As soon as we walked in the door we felt all the feels, and that’s exactly what you want in a VRBO. Your pictures online are beautiful, in person, perfectly stunning!! We will be back!

Our Home for Power Trip

This property was great! The old charm of the architecture that Palm Springs is known for and yet all the modern conveniences. The pool was a great escape on the hottest part of the day. It was also easily worth the drive to Indio for the concerts to stay in his nice rental. Property manager was great and very helpful on accommodating on a few asks. Highly recommend for anytime staying in the area.

Beautiful and (almost) Perfect

Loved the property. All was perfect and very close to everything. Comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen and even records! Our only complaint was that the pool was freezing and never above 72 degrees. I even asked three times to make sure it was heated for swimming which I was assured it would be. Considering we rented the property almost entirely for swimming laps, it was disappointing, however, the Modernist architecture and neighborhood was perfect, the property was very clean and everything was in order.

We have rented number of times here in PS and this by far was the least impressive The house was for the most part clean upon arrive, except for the pube hair in the shower. The location was what we expected. the furnishing were way sub par. One couch for a 3 bedroom, where do the other 2 couples relax? The kitchen was very understocked as far as quality items, the TV was hard to use and very limited, All in all I would not stay here again

Great house, horrible property manager

The location of the house is the prime feature. The house was clean upon arrival. The pool was great. The interior was adequate for our stay. The primary bath is minuscule- the door hits the toilet. The bed linens are low quality - definitely not cotton but some strange slippery inexpensive synthetic blend. The property management company, Natural Retreats, met us upon arrival and somewhat aggressively lectured us on the noise ordinance - we were there for my 60th bday with my adult children - it was extremely uncomfortable as she kept insisting we were having a party and we were not having a party of any kind. Then we tried to contact Natural Retreats when we found that one bedrooms was missing pillows. I texted them and 3 plus hours later, they did not respond. We happened to walk by their offices in uptown so we stopped by to inquire. The woman made some excuses about an hour long morning meeting which ended at least two hours prior to our stopping by. She was incredibly rude and not helpful. Then via text proceeded to question why pillows were needed and argued incessantly via text. Finally, 9 hours later, a nice young man finally dropped off 2 new pillows and found pillow cases for them. The property management company gets a 1 star or 0 star rating. Super unfortunate. Otherwise we had a nice family stay in Palm Springs. We will look for other accommodations our next visit or go back to La Quinta were we normally stay.
