Incredible Lake Michigan views with breathtaking sunsets from this home on a bluff with stairs down to the beach. Two sleeping areas and one full bathroom. Private bedroom with a full bed and a room partitioned off with curtains and a full bed. Full kitchen, WIFI.

OUTDOORS: Charcoal grill, porch, beach fires allowed in firepit, NO dock or mooring

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the quintessential rustic Lake Michigan cottage. Amazing views and only a staircase down to the beach. We will be back next year and for a longer stay. Perfect location that isn’t too populated and just 15 minutes from Frankfort or Beulah to enjoy a meal out or grab groceries to cook in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There isnt enough space to adequately review this DARLING little cabin. If you want a fancy place this is not the place for you! The house reminded me of summer camp be on Lake MI was our dream and we certainly had that know we were not getting in a car to go to the beach each day was priceless.....there is PLENTY to do in the area too if folks like to go on day trips.. time we might bring our boat....we brought our paddleboard and enjoyed using it in the beautiful sandy beach....we chose to stay pretty close and mainly go to hiking trails and golf and dine out a couple times.We are mainly beach people so this satisfied that aspect. We cooked in every night but once and found the kitchen to be well stocked with needed items...We might suggest that there could be a table on the deck for outdoor dining....mostly we sat overlooking the water eating off our laps because we didnt want to miss a minute of not seeing the lake! Also, very quiet..met friendly renters and owners along the beach as well.If you love beach hiking you can go for miles!

Perfect getaway at this sweet, well-loved cabin.
We throughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this sweet, well loved cabin. We spent most of our days lounging on the beach and enjoyed watching the sun set from the Adirondack chairs on the deck. The kitchen has seen some updates and we found everything we needed to make most of our meals at home. We enjoyed day trips to Empire, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Traverse City. We opened all the windows and doors and enjoyed the cool lake breezes and fell asleep each night to the rolling of the waves. There are plenty of extra blankets to keep you warm on cooler nights and the beds are super comfortable. We were sad to find the indoor fireplace was inoperable but made use of the fire pit and enjoyed a fire beachside. The WiFi worked like a champ and we made use of it several nights by watching a movie together on our son’s iPad. If you are looking to unplug and rest and reset, this is the place for you! We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife chose to retire so I helped her celebrate with a stay on the Lake Michigan shore. The cottage I found was in a great location with an awesome view of the lake.
