Old No. 7 - Golf Course Home on the 7th Hole at Old Kinderhook!
Calling all golfers! Don't golf? That's ok! Check out this beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bath golf course home located in Old Kinderhook exactly at the Old Hole No. 7.
This home is located at the end of a street with extra land that includes a park bench, a picnic table and fire pit. So serene!
Stepping inside you will find the living room with sectional and recliner, large TV with cable and plenty of windows with access to the deck.
The dining room seat 6 comfortably at the table with 2 more bar stools at the breakfast bar and an additional 2 to pull up to either area. The kitchen comes well equipped and wide open with plenty of space. There is a gas grill located outside. Upstairs bedrooms: Master bedroom has a Queen bed and a Full bed, TV, ceiling fan and deck access. Master bathroom has a jet tub and standing shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, TV and ceiling fan. Guest bathroom on this level includes a tub/shower. Laundry room is located on the upper, main level of the home.
Downstairs you will find the family room with lots of seating, large TV, extra large game table for 8, wet bar that includes a coffee station and full sized refrigerator. Downstairs bedrooms: Master bedroom has a Queen bed and a Full bed, ceiling fan and TV. There is also a twin day bed (no trundle). Master bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower. Bedroom 4 has 2 Queen beds, TV and ceiling fan. Guest bathroom on this level as well with a shower. This home will sleep a maximum of 10 people.
Outside enjoy the upper deck with dining seating for 10, ceiling fan and roll shades while the lower level features a porch swing and roll shades. Lower level is literally steps from the 7th green. Keep an eye out for those golfers celebrating a hole-in-one!
This home is located in Old Kinderhook, so go enjoy some of the amenities like the restaurants, the salt water indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, sand volleyball, the spa & salon.
