The Pina Colada shack on the water at Mannum is designed for a fun time – from the moment you walk in the door your relaxation begins! You cant help but relax and start considering the Pina Colada’s you can be sipping on the deck watching the sun set.

4 bedrooms, two bathrooms separated by a large kitchen, dining and lounge area – plenty of room to make and enjoy the cocktails!!

Large deck over looking the water is perfect for outdoor dining with a BBQ, table and outdoor fridge

Wander down to the floating pontoon and you have another spot to enjoy this beautiful property.

No Large party's or gatherings. Also no Bucks or Hens party Thanks

We absolutely loved our stay. House was immaculate, plenty of space for families. Excellent outdoor area for relaxing/bbqs. Beautiful attention to detail with everything provided, including provisions for Pina Coladas!! Would definitely recommend and happy to stay again!!!

Great set up, clean and had everything we needed. The fire pit and fishing from the pontoon were everyone's highlights.TV /internet struggled a bit with the footy finals, an aerial for free to air would be good.Would love to come back again!

Beautiful location

My family and i stayed there for 3 nights, beautiful house and great location! Had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to utensils to bedding! Joel was a pleasure to communicate with and will definitely going back! The pina coladas on arrival was exactly what we all needed on arrival from packing and driving all day!

Wholesome weekend away

Very clean and well presented. All amenities required provided. Incredibly safe for young children as the grass area is fully fenced from water, and the balcony has gate. We loved our stay.

Great for young families

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and easy to use. We have a young child, so the fenced area was great. The entrance to the water was reed-free and a small sandy beach was enjoyed by our child.

Family getaway

The house was spotless and in the perfect location. The little extras were appreciated. The beds were super comfy and plenty of hot water and pressure in the showers. The Bali style hut down by the water was great for relaxing and star gazing at night. The little ones brought their bikes and had daily bike rides around the area. If you bring your own boat you can enjoy the river. Highly recommend this property.Good base to explore the area.

The house was beautiful and tidy. Had a lovely bottle to make pina coladas left for us also. Unfortunately, we had a few hiccups. First were the ants all over the kitchen floor upon arrival that migrated into the living area..no big deal we cleaned it. 2nd, our daughter came to visit with her family on day 2. We were contacted by the agent shortly after, as the neighbours had contacted them stating we had more than 10 people at the property ..We were being watched! I had to explain that they had only come for the day and wouldn't be spending the night.I also received a message about a reminder on the speed limit for the boat...my son in law was taking the grandkids up and down the river for a few hours which may have irritated the residence. He was not speeding and is extremely responsible. My grandkids r aged 8 to 3 years old. 3rd were the sleeping conditions. The bedrooms were small but neat. Problem was that it was hot and the ceiling fans weren't cutting it, we couldn't open the windows to let heat out as they were locked, only allowing them to open a few inches. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in, felt suffocated, it caused a few of us to leave early. At the end of the day, it was the first time i had gone away with my children to relax and unwind after a tough year. Unfortunately, we felt like we were being watched by the neighbours and the cameras which dampened our stay and made us feel uncomfortable. Also, need air con in bedrooms, couldn't sleep!

Stayed for a weekend river getaway with friends and family. Cocktail ingredients on arrival were a lovely touch. House well equipped but a very hot weekend so air con was struggling and only fans in bedrooms. Would be a lovely stay in winter also

Myself, my partner and a few friends booked the Pina colada shack this past weekend and it was nothing short of amazing! Joel was incredible to communicate with and the place was immaculate - the perfect spot to sit back, relax and enjoy some cocktails! 10/10 would recommend and will definitley be rebooking!!

A little slice of Heaven.

The perfect place for a short getaway. The property is easy to get to and was 100% as described. Plenty of room inside and out. An amazingly stocked kitchen (utensils, cutlery, crockery etc) made mealtimes a breeze. A beautiful quiet street and everything we needed for a relaxing few nights away. Home away from Home!!
