CHAPEL ST PRECINCT! Located on the border of Prahran and South Yarra you will have the best the area has to offer: bars, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Prahran Market is only 150m away. There are two supermarkets within 100m of the apartment and plenty of nail shops, gyms, massage, post office, banks, movie theatres, absolutely everything you could think of. Tram outside. Secure car parking is located next door. An excellent location for enjoying everything Melbourne has to offer.
The space
This dual-level space has been transformed into a New York-style loft, with every creature comfort you could want to have a relaxing stay. A sleek low maintenance city base that captures light through the grand and original casement windows.
This space is a completely unique heritage listed loft, built in the early 1900âs. Originally a department store and converted to apartments.
For relaxing at home there is entertainment in both the lounge and queen bedroom (Sonos and Smart TV in both).
A fully equipped hostess kitchen and full European laundry hidden away in the bathroom.
No need for keys with an electronic door lock, providing extra security (4 layers of security in total). This 4th floor apartment is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of busy Chapel St below.
Extra fast WiFi if you are working from home, and a work space available overlooking the trees and buildings of surrounding Prahran.
