This striking split-level home cleverly spread over multi levels with spacious rooms to entertain, extensive windows for vistas and a huge balcony with pitched roof, and two fantastic relaxing open air space, merely minutes to the Mullum Mullum Trail.
Entertain in the formal lounge and dining, sun-splashed meals, generous kitchen, well equipped with stainless steel appliances and spacious family room. Enjoy the breeze and soak up the relaxing atmosphere from the under-cover balcony with views across the landscaped garden and tree-top views at the rear.
Ideally configured with 4 bedrooms which are situated on the first floor, a master bedroom with walk-in robe and an ensuite is one of these. While the fifth bedroom is located in ground-floor.
Internal stairs lead down to 6th Bedroom and a separate laundry room, plus full sized picture window rumpus room for effortless family entertaining, soaking the space in northerly lit garden views, and attached with a full bathroom amenities.

2. We may ask for a government photo ID like a driver's licence or passport to verify your legal name and so on.
3. WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
We can NOT accommodate any type of event. No parties, weddings, hens/bucks' weekends or functions etc. Any breach will result in eviction.
4. No unregistered guests allowed. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
5. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Please remain quiet between 9:30 pm and 8:00 am. You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
6. Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use it, otherwise $80 applied. Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
7. RUBBISH
Upon departure all rubbish inside must be placed into the outside council bins. If it is bin night during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed out on the kerbside. The bin night for your property is advised in your pre arrival email. You will be charged a minimum of AUD $300 if excess rubbish is left at the property or if the garbage bin is not put out on bin night as requested.
8. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. Also, DO NOT leave cigarette butts anywhere in the gardens, planters etc. If butts are found on the premises a $150 surcharge is applied if we find cigarette butts anywhere.
9. SECURITY
To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property during your stay and upon departure.
10. KEYS: Remember to return the house key in the lock box at check-out.
Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. The following charges apply for the key replacement. Normal keys $60 each, Change of locks up to $1000.
11. Early check-in may possible upon request, $20 per hour fee will be applied.
12. Parking is on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited. There is a 24H security camera at the front of the house.
13. Guest’s age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.

It was the booking guest's responsibility to read our terms and conditions prior to booking. Therefore, by confirming your reservation you agreed to adhere to our below terms. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.

Any breach of house rules in general, can result in eviction and loss of bond.

Great house

Amazing house to stay in. We got ready for my wedding in the Yarra valley and this house was perfect for a large group. Very clean and spacious!

Bridal Party

Home was beautiful and clean with all the space needed for the dressing of the bride and bridesmaids. Everything we needed was available, from frying pans for the bride's pancakes to coffees for 13 people. Our stay was wonderful.

Nice big house

The house suited our needs but we had to keep an eye on infants with the stairs - plenty off beds and everything worked well, Good position and close to shops. A good few days.

Very disappointed with condition

I will start by saying that this property is very well located, large and spacious (will suits groups) and mostly comfortable. The host is very helpful and communicates well. Unfortunately that’s where the good part of the review ends.For a property on the very expensive end of the scale, with amazing photos, we were very disappointed with the condition.The house is quite old and not very well maintained. The ensuite shower flooded so was completely unusable, the heating system was playing up constantly and I suspect on its last legs, the tap in the kitchen was practically falling out of its socket and very difficult to use, and the upstairs carpet is in shocking condition and really needs urgent replacement. It was quite off putting. One bedroom had no power points, and the lighting in the living and dining areas is very poor. The beds were uncomfortable, with cheap linen and pillows. No spare blankets anywhere. There was also not a single frying pan in the kitchen to cook eggs on. Cleanliness was also not great - the knives in the kitchen block had actual bits of food on them, dishes in the cupboard were dirty and the outdoor area looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The tables were dirty and sticky. For a property charging 300 in cleaning fees, that was very disappointing. I wouldn’t stay in this house again for the price and would strongly encourage the owners to get the house maintained or drop the price and disclose all issues clearly.
