impressive keyless entry family home is clean,spacious, light-filled and inviting. With multiple living rooms and a sunny elevated position, this property ticks all the boxes for comfortable living in a great location of Rosetta.

Open plan living forms the heart of the home, accommodating the well-equipped contemporary kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances, dining and living. The fridge offers cold water and ice cubes at any time. A sunroom taking in the view of Derwent river and the iconic building of the Tasmanian MONA museum is adjacent. A second expansive living room is at the rear of the home with variety of books on the shelve, ensuring plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy and relax in. The house has WIFI and Netflix with both 75 and 65 inch Smart TVs. Moreover, the house has ducted air conditioning (cooling/heating)system and laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer).

The location is super convenient: 1.8km (2mins drive)to MONA museum. 15mins drive to the Hobart city centre and 5mins drive to the Glenorchy city centre. 7mins drive to the Cadbury chocolate factory. 29mins drive to New Norfolk with its surrounding places(salmon pond museum, mountain field, etc). 25mins drive to the airport. Meanwhile, the bus station is just outside of the house for your convenience.

Great place

This place was spotless clean, owner friendly and accommodating, it had everything we needed. The driveway was a little challenging but that's understandable with the incredible views offered. We would definitely stay again. Very happy.

Excellent lodging for touring Hobart and surrounds

This beautiful home - with exquisite views! - was spacious, clean, well provisioned and comfortable. Thoughtful details and excellent amenities (from a toilet/bidet/warming lights to laundry... even a milk frother in the kitchen). We were able to walk to MONA, and the drive into Hobart was easy. Highly recommend

Andy was amazjng in terms of supporting us during our stay. He is on call even till late to solve our problems. The house was very clean, big house with exceptional view. Really enjoy the stay and thank you so much Andy!

Andy the host was great. He provided everything in the house that was needed. The house was very clean and tidy upon arrival and Andy was always asking to please call if we needed anything extra that had run out in the house.

Spacious home

The house is in a quiet street on the high side of the road (steep driveway). All bedrooms and living areas are on the second floor. Spacious holiday home with two living areas, the kitchen/dining/living area has great views onto the river. We found a well stocked kitchen on arrival. Fresh bread, milk, cookies, apples and some lollies were a lovely surprise. A big Woolies/Coles is approx 5 mins drive away, and it's only about a 15-20min drive into Hobart.
