Maison moderne Lake Front avec 75 'de façade sur le lac plat

Cette belle, moderne et immaculée maison face au lac a 75 pieds du lac de niveau avant sur une partie extrêmement souhaitée du lac Owasco. La façade du lac est très plat et peu profonde pour les enfants. Il y a aussi une plate-forme et canal où conduire et accrocher un bateau jusqu'à.

L'intérieur de la maison est mis en place un peu différemment maintenant que les images. Il y a une table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 dans le foyer et une table haute que les sièges mangent dans la salle du petit déjeuner par le verre coulissant spectacle de la porte dans l'image. Il y a aussi une table qui peut accueillir 6-8 sur la véranda.

Cette belle maison Lake Front est à quelques minutes du centre-ville d'Auburn et le centre-ville de Skaneateles. Downtown Auburn abrite le Théâtre Festival de musique avec 4 lieux différents, tous à une courte distance. Les deux Skaneateles et Auburn ont de grands restaurants. Détendez-vous sur le lac pendant la journée et profiter d'un dîner et un spectacle le soir.

La maison avant dispose de 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bains, cheminée, air conditionné et peut accueillir 6 (2 lits queen et un lit double). Le salon, salle à manger, et la cuisine offrent une vue magnifique sur le lac. Off de la cuisine, il y a une véranda qui ouvre sur une terrasse tentaculaire. Vous pouvez profiter d'un dîner là-bas tous les soirs par le coucher du soleil. Il y a aussi un pont avant du lac qui donne sur le canal où vous pourrez déguster un cocktail et magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le bâtiment dispose d'un loft avec de belles boiseries et d'une salle de bain complète. Le loft dort 4-6. Il y a aussi un garage simple en dessous de la mezzanine. La maison et le grenier ont câble et WIFI.

Derrière la maison, il y a une pi beaucoup 75 x 100 où vous pourrez profiter des jeux de pelouse et rencontres get familial.

Nous avons également accès à l'un des premiers et des terrains de golf exclusif à New York Central. Nous pouvons planifier un temps de départ pour vous de jouer à votre demande.

Perfect location & beautiful house!

We’ve rented many homes on both sides of Owasco Lake, this is by far the best home & location! We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing Vacation Spot

My family and I had the most relaxing, peaceful vacation! The weather was wonderful and the property was just perfect for what we wanted. My only complaint is that we could not reach the property manager regarding a few questions we had. Aside from that, everything was excellent!

Lakeside retreat

Stayed for a week with our 3 adult children. Lake was beautiful and the house was very nicely decorated and very clean. Had a wonderful time reading under trees, lounging by the lake, kayaking and splashing in the water. The screened in porch was very roomy and a wonderful place to hangout when raining. The detached loft over the garage was a very large space for several more people. Short trip to Auburn for groceries and Skaneateles with lots of restaurants and shops.Wonderful week!

Awesome week...

Everything was awesome. This was the second time we stayed here and love the place. The location is outstanding. The property is level with the lake making it perfect for Grandma and the little ones. We will be back.

Sunsets and scenery

I rented a cottage for my family for a week. The setting was beautiful. Excellent sun sets. Lots of geese flock to the little island right off of the lakefront, and make for a cool experience. Close to Auburn and Skaneateles which is great, especially on rainy days. The dock area is nice to sit on and have a cocktail as you watch the sunset. The water is a little shallow which makes it tough to dock a boat. Overall, it is an excellent spot for a family, or group of friends, to have a relaxing vacation and enjoy beautiful sunsets, and evening conversations around the fire.

Loved the property and the main house. The garage Apt was mediocre.

Overall the house, the lake access was perfect. We loved the screened porch and the shaded lawn. The water was clear. The garage apt where four family members stayed was not cleaned well and had a damp smell. The bathroom was very small.

Great Week on the Lake

Great place to stay, great host, great location, great neighbors.... You never really know what you are getting. It was all we had hoped for and more. The lot level with the lake made it easy for older family members. Being air conditioned made it very comfortable for us spoiled transplanted southerners used to having it; especially me. The washer and dryer right there in the house was extremely convenient. All in all, the entire experience was great; did I say that already? Seriously, you can't go wrong with this rental. What an enjoyable stay we had!

Our family stayed for 6 days in this fantastic property by Lake Owasco. The listing was totally accurate and the location much better than the photos displayed on the website. What a nice surprise! Matt welcomed us so well and made every effort he could to make ourselves confortable. I wish we could all go to this house again.We will cherish the memories we built overthere as a family. Our children really wanted me to write this review as they enjoyed this place so much.

Mid-Spring Paradise

We went up for a weekend stay at the end of this April. I brought three of my children (ages 9 to 12) and our chocolate lab up for a fishing weekend getaway and we found a cozy, beautifully finished, modern and bucolic lake front home-away-from-home. The owner is immediately responsive to any and all needs/wants and the location, though nestled away, is only a minute from Tom Thumb's old fashioned indoor/outdoor hot dog/ice cream stand and 12 minutes from a Wegman's. The view of the lake here is absolutely its strongest selling point (the pictures of my children fishing silhouetted against the sunset are priceless). The home has recently been re-finished with hard wood surfaces, modern kitchen, comfortable furniture and large tv with FIOs cable and internet. One of the three bedrooms is a loft, complete with sitting area and its own bathroom, above a spacious garage; it gave the kids a sense of their own space ("the clubhouse") to hang out. The view from the living room window is a long, level backyard, leading to the shores of Owasco Lake. Outside, there is a huge screened-in porch with a table and chairs for eating outdoors. The attached back deck catches warming rays of sun by mid-day and throughout the afternoon, tempered by refreshing lake breezes. (My brother visited from a hotel in the city and remarked that the deck is the kind of place you could sit from morning coffee until evening dinner, watching the kids play while reading an easy paper-back.) The yard is expansive and there is a dock for mooring a boat and natural peers from which to cast a line into adjacent coves (where the fish were constantly jumping, driving the dog nuts). The weather was not warm enough yet, but the lake bottom here is soft stone, making it easy on the feet for young swimmers. The shore also has a bon-fire pit with collected dry wood to allow for warm evenings while enjoying the sounds of the lake lapping the shore and casting a line to catch the walleye that team closer-in at night. Overall, I did not give this the 5 stars it might otherwise deserve because the kitchen did not have a coffee maker and sauce pans I needed; which is likely because we were the first tenants of the new season, before a full amenity check could be completed. I am sure the owner will remedy this by the next visit and you may find a five-star experience awaiting. If you are heading to Upstate, think lake house before B&B, and definitely give this little treasure a try.

The house is owned by three close friends who were born and raised in Auburn, NY. We proudly still call Auburn our home. We own many rentals and pride ourselves on providing the best living experience for our renters. We bought this house as a summer home for us to rent out and also enjoy. We have a property manager who helps us make your stay an enjoyable one.

This property is on the flattest lake frontage on Owasco Lake. You can see up and down both sides of the lake from our frontage. It also is the perfect spot for to see the nicest sunsets from our deck every night while you eat dinner or enjoy a cocktail. We are also minutes away from one of the premier golf courses in Central NY.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our house is air conditioned for those hot summer days. The loft provides privacy for families with kids and there is a huge lawn area on the side and also in the back of the house where you can enjoy family get togethers and yard games.
