The property is located a 10-minute walk away from bus stops on Punt Rd, a tram stop on Swan St and the Richmond Train Station. The bus stops operate trips to Clifton Hill and Elsternwick. The tram operates trips to Waterfront City Docklands and Wattle Park. While the train station services all south eastern and some central lines.

- The bin chute will be out of order until further notice. In the meantime, we kindly request that all rubbish (waste & recycle) is to be discarded into the extra bins in the Basement 1 carpark.

Great weekend away

Great location. Quiet. Watched the Moomba fireworks from the balcony. The beds were 2 doubles not queen as stated in the listing. The pool was a warm plunge pool, not ideal for the 38 degree weekend away.

complicated process to find the damn carpark, upon arrival found dirty dishes left in dishwasher and knife block, crumbs on shelf in front of coffee cups, stained and sticky placemats, no spare bin liners provided whatsoever and no facial tissues. and random dark hair in the sheets, by the beds, on the floor etc. the health facilities ie sauna/steam room were functioning which was a pleasant surprise but didn't make up for the uncleanliness of the apartment, especially considering the cleaning charge added to the bill upon payment. what did they even clean? would not recommend.
