Amazing place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is gorgeous. Every room is beautifully designed and decorated. Everything is well maintained. Excellent AC and appliances (had 2 full size refrigerators). Beds very comfortable and the house was very clean. Our family and guests were impressed.

Roomy, Clean and Comfortable Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 12 was very comfortable in this beach house and liked the close proximity to one of the family pools and playground for our littles. The amenities provided in the house was great and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Was nice and roomy for our different families and really enjoyed access to both porches. Kitchen was nice and roomy with plenty of counter space and nice big pantry and well-stocked with different pots/pans and small appliances. The pictures and descriptions of the house on the booking website was very accurate and all the rooms were nicely decorated and very high-end. The house was very clean and well-maintained when we arrived. We did have issues with the king bed frame on the 3rd floor. The box spring/mattress kept slipping through the frame, so it seemed like the slats need to be repaired or adjusted. The porch swing on the bottom floor was very comfortable; however chain needs to be replaced because it is very rusty and rust was falling onto the swing cushions. Furniture in living room was ok. An ottoman would have been nice for the green chairs and the couch wasn't the most comfortable. Dining room table and chairs was great for our big group. Overall we really enjoyed staying in this beach house and would rent again!

We love that a group of 12 felt right at home with plenty of space, private bathrooms for each bedroom, two porches, and a kitchen that could handle it all. It means a lot to hear that the home lived up to its listing and arrived clean and well-maintained. We truly appreciate your specific feedback about the bed frame slats, the rusty porch swing chain, and the living room seating these are all things we will be passing along to the property team to address before the next stay. We're so glad the overall experience was a great one and we would love to welcome your group back!

Wonderful getaway with girlfriends!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was lovely and we had the best time! This is my 5th or 6th visit to Cinnamon Shores, and it is one of my favorite vacations each year! Cinnamon Shores continues to elevate their guest services each time I visit! Thank you!The only negative was the home's fire alarm went off (4) times during our visit. There was no fire or smoke in the home. I believe the trigger was if the front door was left open for more than (1) minute it set the alarm off. Unfortunately, it happened at 6am and 7am when a few of my girlfriends were loading their cars to go home early.
