1. Early check-in: We will proactively inform you on the day of your check-in morning if early check-in is available. Early check-in confirmation is not possible before this time.

2. Late Check-out: Unfortunately, late check-outs are not permitted. The latest check-out time is 10 AM. If you require a later departure, feel free to book an additional night.

3. Baggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to store unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out.

4. Welcome Amenity Pack: To start your stay, we provide a small welcome amenity pack, ensuring a pleasant beginning to your experience.

5. Family friendly amenities: Portable cot & highchair are available at the property. Guests would need to self assemble & disassemble before departure. It can be easily assembled/disassembled in few minutes.

Lovely View

Useful location for a family. gathering with all facilities required on the ground floor of the building. View of Melbourne city center was a bonus.

Lovely complex. Pool and gym nice extras. Having shops, especially Coles at ground level worked well.
