Located in the heart of Kaka Point, 4 Marine Terrace is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway or family holiday.

This sunny, modern crib has lots to offer. Enjoy sea views from the decks or relax in the back yard listening to birdsong. Should you have young children, this property is well equipped. There is a swing, a playhouse, and many board games/puzzles for hours of family fun.

Location is everything and this crib is only a short walk away from the beach (patrolled in summer), playground and Sandy's (the local dairy, cafe and bar).

We really enjoyed our stay in Kaka Point. The home was spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. It was a little inconvenient not having tap water to drink but we made do. The area is beautiful and convenient for exploring this part of the Catlins.

Relaxing break at the beach

We had a fantastic time here. Lovely clean house and a wonderful location to explore the beach, rock pools, playground and local cafe. We loved our time so much we plan to come back in the near future.

The property was so comfortable and clean. The beachy theme was so well done. Nice outdoor decks for catching the sun and admiring the views. the bathroom was very tastefully set up and the shower was great

Cosy spot in a great location!

Perfect area to stay to explore the Catlins area. Kids loved the board games and we loved the beachy decor. Very clean and tidy. Fantastic to walk down to the beach so easily. We really enjoyed our stay thank you!

Loved our stay

We always enjoy Kaka Point for a break away. This property is lovely it was also easy to keep warm as we stayed during the winter months. Great location as only a short walk to the beach and restaurant. It had everything we needed for our family. The kids enjoyed all off the board games and toys.
