Located in the heart of Kaka Point, 4 Marine Terrace is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway or family holiday.

This sunny, modern crib has lots to offer. Enjoy sea views from the decks or relax in the back yard listening to birdsong. Should you have young children, this property is well equipped. There is a swing, a playhouse, and many board games/puzzles for hours of family fun.

Location is everything and this crib is only a short walk away from the beach (patrolled in summer), playground and Sandy's (the local dairy, cafe and bar).

We really enjoyed our stay in Kaka Point. The home was spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. It was a little inconvenient not having tap water to drink but we made do. The area is beautiful and convenient for exploring this part of the Catlins.

Relaxing break at the beach

We had a fantastic time here. Lovely clean house and a wonderful location to explore the beach, rock pools, playground and local cafe. We loved our time so much we plan to come back in the near future.

A great bach to chill in

This is a very pleasant bach. With views to the ocean from kitchen and a lesser view from lounge. It was well equipped and therefore made staying easy. The water issue at the time is a little frustrating. Saying that we enjoyed our stay

Comfortable and relaxing

The crib had all we wanted for our short stay. The kitchen was well equipped, sofas comfortable and the shower was excellent. As well as sightseeing in the area, we enjoyed walks on the beach and relaxing in the crib. This stay was exactly what we were looking for as a group of young adults needing a place to stay for a friends wedding. Property manager was easy to work with and very friendly. The house itself suited our needs perfectly with comfy beds and appliances that are up to date! Couldn’t recommend more

Serene on Marine is a perfect home away from home as a base for your explorations of the Catlins region. This is not just a house to stay in, it is a home created for holiday comfort. Kaka Point Minibreak

The property exceeded our expectations. The property was presented with great attention to detail in a beachy theme. Bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided. Kaka Point is lovely township and the beaches were amazing.

Perfect batch to compliment a lovely holiday spot

We loved our stay here. It had everything we needed in the kitchen (did plenty of cooking), bedroom linen, bathroom towels, games etc. Kids enjoyed choosing different DVD's to watch and the Playhouse out the back was a HIT. Such a quick walk to the beach. Simple, Clean, Tidy and a very well organised property. We would defiantly stay again.
