Reserve $1.1m) This idyllic, sanctuary is only 400 mt to the beach. Contemporary open plan living, quality beds, modern bathrooms, new fully provisioned kitchen. Free WI-FI, linen, towels and toiletries etc provided. Gorgeous, outdoor seating on plant filled decks ideal for coffee/drinks or cosy up by the wood fire. True dog friendly-rustic fully fence courtyard, save on kennel fees and bring your dog at no extra charge. Easy drive to Wilson’s Prom, Philip Island, Cowes
The space
There are a few steps from the carport up to the large front deck (which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining) and the front door. Once inside, the house is all on one level. The kitchen, dining and living are open plan. There are two bedrooms one with en-suite, both look out on to either the front or back deck. The rear deck is accessed from the kitchen, via a large utility room that has a washer, dryer and laundry tub. A full bathroom and separate toilet are also off this room and there is a dog door suitable for a small to medium size dog. The rear deck has a large dining table and chairs, it is mostly undercover. A few steps down lead in to the courtyard which is fully fenced.
Guest access
Guest have the entire home plus two decks and a courtyard. There is a two car carport, there is no other parking on the property.

Our focus is to provide a comfortable and delightful place to stay with all the amenities you would expect in a private home. Our beach house is in a quiet leafy street yet only a short walk to the beach. It is a two minute drive into Inverloch village for coffee, pizza, quality restaurants and lovely home ware and clothing boutiques, fishing and surfing gear shops plus supermarket, chemist, newsagent etc. if you fancy exploring our beautiful area via bicycle do contact our friends at Inverloch bike hire Danny and Mieka.

Our host made us feel very welcome. Excellent for dogs, facilities were very good and there are good walking tracks close by. Being oldies, it would have been nice to have a grab rail in the shower.

Our recent stay in Inverloch was a terrific break from the urban sprawl of Melbourne. The home’s thoughtful design struck the perfect balance between style and comfort, making it easy to relax the moment we arrived. Anne was a truly gracious host, warm, friendly, and welcoming, with just the right level of care and attention. The whole place had such a calm, chilled vibe that made it hard to leave. Our dog Lola liked it as well.

Amazing pet friendly accommodation

Excellent property
Great location, comfortable accommodation. Close to town and beach. Quiet and relaxing. Perfect dog friendly place for bringing your pet. They can they be inside with you and are also secure outside in a fully fenced area. This is our second time here and will be our go to place.

Beautiful location, peaceful home
This property was just what we were looking for, something peaceful and surrounded by nature. The bird life and peaceful setting allowed us to unwind after a long week of work.It was an ideal place for us, our kids and dogs (the doggie door was well used and very welcome for the dogs).Anne was extremely welcoming and helpful - thank you for a wonderful weekend away.

A beautifully presented, clean and comfortable house. Gorgeous garden that the dogs loved exploring. Definitely stay here again. Walking distance to the surf beach which the dogs and humans loved.

Anne is very welcoming and easy to approach with any questions. The garden is amazing with a front and back verandahs to sit and enjoy the sun. The accomodation is well appointed with amazing book and jigsaw collections. Great modern kitchen and laundry facilities and you will stay very warm on cold days and nights. We were able to have our dogs who could be well contained in the back garden and front verandahs and be safe. We really enjoyed the space, the amazing leafy and flowering garden and quirky decorations. Thank you, we will be back! I'll pull more weeds next time.

A gem of a retreat
A wonderfully calm retreat set in a gorgeous garden, this gem was the highlight of our trip. Anne was a terrifically responsive and welcoming host and we enjoyed exploring Inverloch and its environs. The house is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully set up, and the enclosed decks and garden space are truly dog- friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful retreat
A really lovely place to stay. Located in a beautiful part of Inverloch, both the outside and inside of the house provide everything you need for a great time. The front and back deck areas are wonderful and insde the wood burning heater provides a wonderful atmosphere. We will be back!

Lovely accommodation in a lovely place
Communication with the owner was great. Very friendly and considerate.
The property is modern and cozy, well equipped (inside and out), in a lovely area and a nice walk to the beach and town centre.
