We had a wonderful week! The location was ideal—just a short drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia, yet tucked away and quiet with stunning views. We were greeted with fresh flowers and chilled wine, such a thoughtful surprise. The owners live on the property and were very welcoming while never being intrusive. Our rental had a private entrance and inviting outdoor sitting areas surrounded by beautiful gardens that attracted wildlife. We saw deer on several mornings and heard owls at night—it was so peaceful. We would love to come back!

Great stay, don’t hesitate.

If you’ve come across this property and it’s available for your travel dates don’t think twice about booking it. Great location. Convenient to Downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia. Very responsive owners. It was a downpour when we arrived and an umbrella was waiting along with a bottle of sparkling wine. Concerned about getting a permit for sunrise on top of Cadillac mountain? Don’t fret, watch the sunrise from the comfort of your bed! A beautiful eastern vista over the harbor. Both a private patio and deck await as well. Overall great place to stay.

Excellent location for a couple. Comfortable loft with everything needed and consistent with the listing. The location is great...a few minutes from downtown Bar Harbor and the Acadia park entrance but in a quiet, heavily wooded neighborhood with a good view of the bay.
