Our 2 bedrooms apartment is within walking distance of the best bits of Auckland City. The University of Auckland & Spark Arena are nearby, take a short stroll down to Queen St, Britomart or the waterfront and enjoy the many amazing bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops that Auckland has to offer. Fully functional kitchen and dining area with contemporary décor, living room with smart TV, bathroom with free washing machine and laundry powder. There is a rooftop terrace on L16 for chill & relax.

Easy to access. Great responsive communication with host. Neighborhood was a great location and the apartment was nice. But it was hot and stuffy! There is no air conditioning and no air circulation unless you keep the sliding glass doors open at all times. The 2nd bedroom did not have a window and was hot at night. Odors were absorbed from other apartments which was exacerbated by lack of air circulation. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Good location to city centre, very comfortable beds, amenities were good.

We had an excellent stay, liked that we were close to city centre so was able to walk.

First the Good! The location was as promised in the CBD, which was ideal! The woman from whom we got the keys was wonderful and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the washer worked sufficiently, the water pressure was good, we had plenty of towels, and the wi-fi and TV were fine!! The rooftop access was very nice for the fireworks on New Year’s Eve. Now the Bad!!We had to use dish soap for hand soap in the bathroom because there was none, we bought paper towels because there were none, there were clumps of hair on the carpet in front of the TV, the fan switch did not function, of the room fans, one was without a stand, so we propped it in the corner, and the other functioned well, but was filthy. The bathroom had a weird smell, likely from the large amount of mold on the grout in the shower (if the image is below, it is a small sample of the full coverage). The confirmation email gave us a unit number, when we arrived, we were given a different unit, not a big deal if the host had responded to our question about why or if that was correct, but no response. The communication with the host was non-existent once we checked in

Convenient location

A very tidy 2 bedroom apartment in a great location in the CBD. Close to spark arena and within walking distance from the Waterfront, Britomart and Queens St. On arrival we only received one key which was not the most convenient with two couples for our 3 night stay. We did think that 2 keys should have been provided considering you can’t gain access to the apartment without them. Would certainly recommend this apartment and will book again if staying in Auckland CBD.

Great location and quiet apartment, was expecting it to be noisy but wasnt. Biggest dosappointment was the standard of the apartment felt grubby as soon as we entered dirt and hair on floors even rice still in carpet undr dining table. Under bed was disgusting we notified landlord straight away. Had to pay 5 to dairy to hold key next day for mother coming as we would be out felt that was a rip off an a key box would be much more convienient.Attempted to vaccum but 3 vaxcums in apartment had no suction. Place needs cosmetic touch ups lamps new bulbs and pot handles fallen off. Would be a great space but needs a throughor clean
