No Hassle reservation and Stay
This was probably the easiest lodging coordination I’ve ever made. I was unfamiliar with Evolve…so I wasn't sure what to expect….but when the reservations were made, I had to wait a day for the confirmation….via email, but after that, it was easy. Evolve has great customer servoce as it turns out…both times I called, I got a friendly servoce rep to speak to. connected with the local person at the studio location (Gwen) and she gave me good info. overall, it was a great experience. easy, no hassle, room was as advertised. I’ll use Evolve again. Highly recommend.

Nice place at a great rate
I was surprised to this unit had an ocean view. Lots of staff keeping up the grounds. Very safe.
The place could easily sleep 3. Parking was easy. Use front row. Back row is for employees.
They have a bbq onsite. I used mine and they asked me not to. Showed me the location about 200 feet in front of the unit in bushes

There were several lightbulbs missing in the bathroom. A towel hook in bathroom was missing When using the hairdryer the fuse would blow. No beach chairs or snorkel equipment available to use. Very crowded with three large beds in a small studio space. No dishwasher or oven…but that was mentioned.

When we arrived at the property the lock box was jammed so you could not enter the code to get into the condo we reached out to the property manager thru her contact number and Vrbo no response after about 45 min we found a maintenance guy working at the condo complex we came over to help with the lock box and we were able to get it unjammed to enter the condo . The condo was not as pictured online the built In table has been removed a full size bunk bed had been added to the condo along with the bed and additional chairs and tv . There were mattress box and so much clutter if made it feel like a storage unit. The condo was not clean the bed was not neatly made glass on the floor and everything was very dirty with the fine red dirt from the island.. we have stayed on the island sever times and the red dirty is hard to get away from but have never checked in to a condo that was not cleaned before we arrived .. the condo was missing screens on the windows and no screen for the slider that had a bolt thru one door so only one door opened the ceiling fan only ran on low speed and the condo has roaches the stove burners do not sit right in the stove so everything runs to one half of your pan and the toaster over smoked really bad when was trying to heat up so we unplugged that Glenn property manager took 3 days to contact us after many emails and phone calls and curb o helping to reach out to the owner .. I love the island but would never stay here again
