Located in the Catalina Tower, Beach Club C-102 is a ground-floor, one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo...perfect for easy access and comfort.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room.



• Tile flooring is throughout the unit.



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats four, with two additional barstools at the breakfast bar.



• Washer and dryer are inside the unit.



• Living area has a sofa sleeper.



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• There is a set of twin bunk beds built into the alcove in the hallway, perfect for small children. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.



Clubhouse Amenities (Optional):



• Beach-front community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids’ entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service.



• Guests may enjoy the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access.



Clubhouse fee: $51/day/unit (up to $273 for seven days) — payable directly to the Beach Club. Monthly reservations are $100/month per couple.

• Keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.



• Parking passes $42 each, plus tax. Two passes are automatically applied. Visitor passes $7/day. Notify the office if additional passes are needed. Registration is required for each vehicle.

The property was great! Everything we expected from the booking listing. Clean room, adequate amount of space for a family of 4. Perfect location to get you quickly to the beach or swimming pool by foot. Will be staying here again!

I loved the location and ease of beach and pool access. King sized bed was not very comfortable in my opinion. Thin mattress and noisy. Still had some sand in the unit on end tables and you could feel it on the floors when we got there. Also we had to purchase our own washcloths. They only had 4 in the unit with 6 towels. If you’re staying here I’d bring some extras.

Wonderful Spot

Our condo was clean and in the perfect location. Pool right off the back patio. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Very quiet and kid friendly. We loved having dining options on site. The chair service employees were lovely and helpful. We will definitely return!

Super convenient

I love the location, with easy walk out to pools, clubhouse and beach. Condo is well stocked and will sleep 6 comfortably with king size bed, bunks and pull out couch. The resort has something for everyone, sports, relaxation, restaurants, spa and so much more. Once you get settled you won't have to leave.

This property was very nice. It was clean, spacious, and in a good location. It was very convenient to the walk ways and close to the pool. It was our first time staying on the first level and we really enjoyed this spot. There were 2 things that were only thing is that it is by the trash chute and it was very noisy.

Great beach accomodations

The resort feels more like an actual resort... its feels private with club options, multiple pools, a boardwalk with swings and a clean white sand beach. This resort is further out from the population which I liked but keep this in mind as it is a 20minute drive to stores and restaurants. The room worked well for our family of 5, for the 4 nights we stayed here. We really liked the convenience of the first floor. The pool was right outside the door and the beach was a very easy walk.

Great location. First floor condo was amazing. The condo itself was not very clean. The host company offered to have it re-cleaned, but we had already been there over a day and we had cleaned it by then (grateful for the offer, though). Would recommend a new mattress for the master bedroom - very springy.

Slice of Paradise!

This was our first trip to the Gulf Coast and I honestly do not know what took us so long. It was absolutely amazing! The pool was right outside our balcony door and the weather was picture-perfect during the day. The kiddos really enjoyed the bunk beds while I and the hubby enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio at night. It really was a treat! We'll certainly be returning to your slice of paradise again next year!

Pleasant stay

Went for a week with the whole family. Location of this unit was perfect. Pool was steps away, beach not much further. 1st floor so no steps. Beautiful beach with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen had all needed utensils, washer/dryer was nice to have. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Master bed not the comfiest, but we survived. We’ll be back!
