THE MATT SHACK is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home located in the main street with only a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area and beach, accommodates up to 8 guests.

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 coffee machines - one that uses coffee grounds (BYO) and the other that uses large Caffitaly pods (BYO), dining, lounge with TV, DVD, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.

Bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and bath tub, separate w/c. Laundry with sink and top loading washing machine.

Portacot and baby change table.

Fully enclosed rear yard with outdoor setting and BBQ.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen - bed 2 - queen plus bunk, bed 3 - bunk.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff

$150 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum charge
$140 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum charge
$140 per night
