Centrally located in the heart of downtown, yet on a peaceful street, this bright condo is a great option for friends, families and anyone who wants to see the best of Montreal. 4 min from Place-d'Armes metro, 7 min from Old Montreal. Restaurants, nightlife, museums and all major attractions are within 5-10 min. Free parking in the back, fully stacked kitchen, lots of light, high ceilings.
The space:
Open concept, bright living space contains a kitchen, dining table, TV and a couch/twin bed. Master bedroom has a large closet and a big window to the street. Second bedroom has a window and an exit door to the back yard. Washroom with a shower. In-unit washer and dryer.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire unit and the back alley with parking. Easy Self check-in with Airbnb app or lockbox.
Other things to note:
- Please park in the spot indicated on the last photo. Not recommended for larger SUVs/pickup trucks.
- Absolutely no parties allowed.
