Perfect place for our family

Place was exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood and within 10-15 of all our excursions. Was only 10 min to grocery store. Host was very responsive with a few minor issues. I would definitely recommend this place

It is a nice house. We had some issues at the beginning of our stay and Casiola was quick to respond and correct them.Small kitchen was a little short of necessities.

Amazing home away from home

We had the most amazing stay at our home away from home with Casiola! From the moment we booked the home we had amazing response from them. They are very professional, prompt and courteous. The home was beautiful and clean and had everything you need to begin your vacation in paradise. Can’t wait to return!

Home was beautiful, management was always available. Did have some minor issues while staying the televisions were not working and there was a water leak in the master bedroom that caused the pipe to burst into the main bedroom and we were without water for a day. In all fairness the water issue and television was fixed the next day.

Felicidad 30 Hiuse

Overall the property wad nice and in a convenient location. Just a few minor things such as the grill gas tank was empty when we tried to use however they did bring a new tank but then would not stay lit due to wind and we were unable to use. The secondary bathroom had drainage issues and we had to plug every so often to drain. The stove is gas and the lighter provided to light it was empty but we did have matches with us. The garage flooring was all cracked and piled up - unable to use for parking.

Again, we wish we had been informed so we could have assisted sooner. We apologize for the empty lighter. Please let us know next time, and we will deliver a new one to you. The garage is currently being repaired, but we are waiting for the necessary supplies to arrive. In the meantime, there is ample parking space available in the driveway in front of the home.We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services and address any issues.
