Perfect stay

My parents came down for my graduation and stayed here for a few days. It was a great location and the property was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured. 10/10 recommend

Location to restaurants, Trader Joe’s, the metro, etc was excellent!!! I’m used to having a washer and dryer for clothing and/or towels so that was an adjustment. Beds were comfy, bathroom small but functional. Noise from upstairs property was bothersome in the early morning hours especially if you’re not an early riser. We started our days early but was definitely noticeable.

Super convenient spot

Great spot in DC, just a short walk from Union Market and Metro. Can get just about anywhere quickly and easily from here. Communication from hosts was wonderful, place was tidy and appointed with everything we needed for a few day-stay with our kids. Kitchen is def more kitchenette, but worked well for simple breakfasts before a day of sight seeing.

A perfect home base!

The rental was exactly as advertised! Super convenient to the Metro station so we could easily get around to all the monuments and museums. It was in a great neighborhood and had everything our family (two adults and two tweens) needed. The place is cute, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was small but clean and very functional for our 5 nights. We had a small issue getting the visitor parking pass prior to our arrival but Lara was very responsive and solved the problem for us. We were able to print out the pass before arriving and found a convenient spot right on the street near the house. Would totally recommend this rental or stay here again.

Awesome location

Our family loved our DC trip and this property is in an ideal location. We easily walked to Union Market, the Metro, CVS, and more. For being in the heart of the City, the street itself was quiet at night. We heard the family upstairs a little bit and were mindful of quiet hours.I get the impression that a company oversees this rental, because each email was answered by a different person. We didn't get instructions for check-in by the time we arrived in DC, but they were quick to reply when I reached out for the info.Bedding, dishes, supplies were all great. Super nice to have shower toiletries since we didn't pack them. Thank you for everything. We loved our trip!

Easy access to NoMa Metro station and Trader Jos grocery store This is a walkable area. Very large shower was appreciated…rest of bathroom a bit cramped but workable.
