Number 8 @ the Point is a hardwood pole home, aka a giant tree house, clad entirely with an array of exotic timbers and adorned with leadlight windows.

As you step inside, you are greeted by a generous open-plan living space that invites you to unwind and immerse yourself in its warmth. The kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences including electric cooking appliances, ample refrigeration with a second fridge in the laundry, dishwasher, microwave, and various small appliances. Whether you’re preparing a feast or a quick snack, you’ll find everything you need amidst the abundance of cutlery and crockery. A BBQ on the kitchen verandah overlooks the lush, sun-drenched backyard, offering an idyllic setting for alfresco dining.

The spacious open-plan living area seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces, while a second bathroom and laundry provide added convenience. A slow–combustion fireplace in the sunken living room promises cozy evenings during the winter months.

Venture upstairs to discover a large second living room and four bedrooms, two of which boast private north–facing balconies, perfect for enjoying the gentle breeze and basking in the sunlight.

Potato Point is a tiny coastal village set in the Eurobodalla National Park approximately 9 Kilometers east of Bodalla NSW.

Cctv cameras with audio are fitted to the front of the property.

Note: Arrival Time for Peak & High Seasons (December, January, Easter) is 4:00 pm. All other seasons have a 2:00 pm check-in.

Peak: Dec & Jan School Holidays (7 Night Minimum), Easter (4 Night Minimum).

High: Dec, Jan, School Holidays, Long Weekends (3 Night Minimum).

Mid: Feb, Mar, Apr, July School Holidays, Sept, Oct, Nov.

Low: May, Jun, Jul, Aug.
