Absolute Beachfront with Exclusive Rooftop
Just 30 metres to the beachfront, the top floor Condo (2nd floor) has a private rooftop entertainment area (3rd floor) overlooking the Coral Sea, and K'gari (Fraser Island). You will be stunned, relaxed and comfortable in this spacious and unique place!
The gated and secure building has 2 pools, tennis court, sauna and more. With just a few short steps away from the Marina for whale watching, boating, water sports, restaurants, Boat Club and cinema, you won't need to leave the area for days!
The space
The 3 bedroom top floor condo is perfect for a family or friends getaway. The per night charge includes 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds). The 3rd bedroom (one double bed) will be available for a small extra charge per person/per night (after the first 2 people). The 3rd bedroom also has a double pull out bed so we could accommodate up to 8 people (Please message to apply).
The condo boasts 2 entertaining areas with the first being the main balcony seating 4 to 6. The second is a huge deck located up internal stairs to the rooftop. The deck hosts an outdoor dinning table seating 8 comfortably, and has a 6-7 seat outdoor lounge, and 2 deck chairs. The deck is set up with an electric BBQ, fridge, and small kitchenette. (The laundry line is located to the back and out of sight).
The main bedroom has a glorious view out to sea. It is a spacious queen bed room with ample storage, TV and ensuite.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed with generous wardrobe space and a light bright feel with plantation shutters.
Bedroom three is also bright and roomy with a double bed and a pullout double sofa lounge.(please contact us if you require the sofa bed).
(NB: All rooms have opening windows and ceiling fans. There is no individual air conditioning in bedrooms. Bedrooms rely on the living area air conditioner).
The main bathroom has a bath and shower with internal laundry and separate toilet.
The Kitchen is set up for maximum 8 guests with induction cooktop, double sink, dishwasher, convection microwave and good size fridge. The dining table can extend out for 8 people if required.
The open plan lounge has two reclining chairs and a comfy sofa (sofa bed to accommodate the up to 10 guests). The TV comes with Netflix, Stan and Prime Video for guests enjoyment. The NBN internet service is available for guests to connect to.
Guest access
Guests can access all resort facilities with their key. (NB: Please, please, please be careful with your keys. This is a security building and lost keys will require guests to pay for a locksmith and new locks with a fee of up to $250).
Resort facilites include; two pools, tennis court, games room, and sauna.
PLEASE NOTE: This building has no lifts or disability access. The Condo is located on the second (top) floor, with 35 steps up to the units front door. It also has internal steps (12) to access our exlusive Rooftop entertaining area.
