⏰ Access is subject to operating hours and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other building management requirements.



Other Things to Note:

EXPRESS SELF CHECK-IN:

To validate your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload a copy of your driver's licence or passport prior to your arrival (The check-in form will be sent automatically by our system 7 days before your check-in date).



Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Keys must be collected from our designated area in Broadbeach QLD 4218. The full address will be provided once your booking is confirmed. An extra charge will be incurred for any early/ late check-in; please contact the host for details.



EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT:

Kindly note that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we request all guests to adhere to this timing. For those departing via public transportation, you may simply return the keys to the designated spot inside the apartment before you leave. If you drive, you will however need the key to access the carpark. Please remove your car first then return the full set of keys to the designated spot for the final time. NO late check-out is allowed. A $50 fine applies for each 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am.



KEY LOSS/ KEY ACCESS ASSISTANCE:

Key loss will result in charge of $300. Please always remember to bring the keys with you when leaving the apartment. If you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $100 will be charged from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Outside these hours, an additional $120 for any time beyond this period (total $200). If the host is unreachable, kindly contact the locksmith for your emergency at your own cost.



NO BAGGAGE STORAGE before check-in or after check-out for security reasons.



NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.



NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a $500 fine.

**NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS!!!**



EXIT CLEANING ONLY - For your convenience, a dishwasher is available in the apartment, please wash up all the cookware, dishes & cutlery and clean up all rubbish to leave the place as you generally find it, or a $100 additional cleaning fee if needed.

We provide a self check-in system for ease and flexibility, but we’re always available should you need any assistance during your stay.
