The cabin also provides access to 50 acres of shared historic property, complete with a sandy beach, fire pits, walking trails, and a clubhouse with a ping pong table.

The cabin comes fully equipped for comfort and convenience, including a private picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and a charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Guests can enjoy a variety of lawn games, board games, and books, making it a great place to relax and unwind. FAQs: This property has a charcoal grill available mid-May to mid-October. This property includes access to the shared amenities for all Niboban Cabins, including a beach waterfront, docks for swimming, fire pits, a swim float, and the main clubhouse. Please note: Niboban #17 has a private mooring, and boats may not be left on the docks overnight. You are welcome to use the docks for loading and unloading.
