The house is completely furnished with everything you need. Minimum rental is 30 days. Long term rentals are preferred from September-June.

The home backs onto acres of protected forest and offers a large living space with an electric fireplace and kitchen with new stainless appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. There is a master bedroom with queen bed, loft with queen sleeper sofa + bunk room with 2 double beds. The comfy couch in the living room downstairs also has a queen bed for various sleeping options. There are 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs in the private loft, and one downstairs off the master bedroom. Beautiful french sliding doors lead out to a covered outdoor patio with large sectional couch, propane BBQ and propane and real wood fire pits. There are 2 TVs (upstairs and downstairs) with streaming services included. The large driveway fits 4 vehicles.

The rental includes access to the resort Clubhouse (2 pools, 2 hot tubs, sport court for basketball/tennis/pickleball/ badminton, fitness room with weights/cardio, indoor/outdoor kitchen and lounge, bocce court, horseshoe pit) and the Lakehouse with a view of the lake (covered bbq area, BBQ, picnic tables, table tennis, storage locker). Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools open from May 1- Oct 15th, weather depending.

You have direct access to the lake, private beach and private dock with your own moorage (boat slip is included for your boat, kayak, paddleboard, canoe).

10 minutes from the quaint town of Lake Cowichan, 25 minutes from Duncan, 1 hour from Nanaimo, 1.5 hours from Victoria. Access to everything you need in a larger city!
