Timber consoles and a matching coffee table provide ample personal storage, while air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the living area comfortable year-round.

Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an electric cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Stone benchtops wrap around the space, and the cabinetry is fully stocked with cookware, crockery and cutlery to make meal prep a breeze. Share meals at the six-seater dining table, or take things outside to your private garden retreat. The plant-lined deck offers ample space to laze on the loungers, cool down in the private plunge pool, enjoy barbecues on the outdoor dining table for six, or kick back on the beanbags in the sun.

Upstairs, three bedrooms are thoughtfully equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, and block-out blinds to ensure a restful sleep. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a sleek ensuite with a walk-in shower, and direct access to a balcony with a sunny sitting nook. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and also opens onto this balcony, making it a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee. The third bedroom is fitted with two single beds, ideal for kids or friends. The main bathroom includes a shower-over-bath combo, perfect for unwinding after an active day. A private laundry with washer and dryer lets you maintain your routine during longer stays.

Enjoy the convenience of off-street carport parking for two vehicles. Cots, high chairs, and extra children’s beds are available for a fee if requested at least three days before arrival.

Located in Fannie Bay, you'll have the convenience of being a mere five-minute drive from East Point Reserve, Darwin's largest park known for its trails, wildlife, and the opportunity to swim in Lake Alexander. This reserve holds historical significance from World War II, and a visit to the Darwin Military Museum offers an educational experience. The Museum and Art Gallery of Northern Territory are also just a quick five-minute drive away, providing engaging tours, talks, and workshops. For a special dining experience with stunning harbor views, Pee Wee’s at the Point is a fantastic choice. If you prefer to dine at home, you'll find an IGA supermarket just an eight-minute walk away. Getting around is a breeze, as buses conveniently run through George Crescent.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

A mid-stay cleaning fee of $250 for every scheduled clean will be applied to reservations with more than 14 days of stay. The mid-stay cleaning includes change of linen, light cleaning of the property, and checking for any issues that may have been incurred during the stay, and this will be scheduled every fortnight until you check out.
