Jaspers Run Cottage by Contemporary Hotels

Jaspers Eco Cottage (sleeps 4): JR now has a new Eco Cottage right next to the home and pool. Mostly the cottage is coupled with the home but from time to time it may be booked, last minute or mid-week, when the home is left empty. Set up for couples or up to 4 guests who don't require the entire property and seeking something more cozy. When booked in this way the larger home will be locked and free from guests therefore you will have private use of the grounds and surrounds, all to yourself. From time to time cleaners may need to attend the home itself (not your cottage) or farm/grounds maintenance may be around if mid-week. Well trained dogs are welcome.

Our Eco Cottage has been designed and styled to compliment the home in every way. Boasting 2 luxurious King sized bedrooms, both with a smart TV, Jaspers Eco Cottage is perfect for singles, couples or small familes of up to 4 seeking a quick getaway. Comfy internal day beds and great views of the pool, vege garden and paddocks. Jaspers Eco Cottage contains a stove, fridge, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, Nespresso and pods and kitchen basics. There is a BBQ attached to the home for use also, no oven.

Jaspers Eco Cottage is a newly renovated, dog-friendly and sits on a 100-acre farm with a 10m swimming pool. Located in Jaspers Brush, 5 minutes from Berry on the NSW South Coast. Unwind in a peaceful and tranquil environment feeling both isolated and comforted knowing the amazing town of Berry is only 5 km away. Jaspers Run is a blend between great country living whilst still offering most of the comforts one would expect such as good Wi-Fi (NBN), Smart TV, Air-Conditioning & Ceiling Fans, a kitchen and ample indoor and outdoor entertaining areas.

Guests are right in the heart of the action, only 5 minutes from Berry, 15 minutes from the beach, 3km from Silos Winery and we share the lane with Jaspers Wedding Venue. A day at the beach (Gerroa, Gerringong or 7-mile) is easily followed by lunch at one of the South Coast's amazing restaurants or enjoying a wine tasting before relaxing in your own private retreat. We are here to help with any and all recommendations, in-house chef requests and more.

Families of all ages love Jaspers Run from babies to teenagers! A long driveway perfect for riding bikes, ample lawns for games, board games, cubby house and slide, a quiet country lane, chickens and farm fresh eggs and a help yourself vege garden.

Games shed: Recently renovated is the shed which has 2x pool/snooker tables (a small one for children), darts board, foosball table, air-hockey, ping pong and a vintage arcade game machine boasting 500 of your favourite games including Mario Bros, 1943, Street Fighter II and more. The kids can enjoy games all day long and the big kids can test their skills as if they were a teenager again!

Pet Policy: Jaspers Cottage is dog friendly and can accommodate mature dogs on request and with prior approval only. Please note there is inadequate fencing for dogs and horses/cattle on the property therefore care needs to be shown and the property owners are not responsible in the event of injury. The home is not suited to young dogs/puppies due to the lack of fencing and internal flooring therefore only dogs 2 years of age or older.

A security hold, not a charge, will be placed on your credit card 48 hours prior to arrival unless we’ve communicated that an EFT is required. For this property, the security hold is five hundred dollars.
