This beautiful slope-side condo spans the entire fifth floor. A prime ski-in, ski-out location, this condo is directly adjacent to the slopes and overlooks the Elk Camp Gondola. This rental is perfect for a mountain getaway, outfitted with all-suite bedrooms, a comfy foyer, and two balconies.
The sparkling kitchen features a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats eight, the kitchen bar seats two, and the breakfast nook accommodates three people. This condo sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms -- each equipped with a flat-screen TV.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an in-room jetted tub. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom provides two twin beds. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

The Chamonix boasts a European design with luxury amenities, including private ski lockers, an outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, an onsite fitness center, and complimentary underground/on-site parking. The villa has its own private deck with views over the slopes and the surrounding mountains. Situated next to the Elk Camp gondola and with ski-in ski-out access, the Chamonix is perfectly located for an idyllic mountain vacation year-round.
*Chamonix has a slope-side ski locker room near all units but does not have lockers at individual units. The ski locker room is adjacent to the pool and hot tub area, and guests can walk across the slope to the midway gondola station or ski down to Base Village.
Guests of the Chamonix have direct access to Assay Hill or can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts in addition to world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

We loved the location of this property and the size. It needs some updating and attention to make it worth the rental fee. There are several things that are broken and/or need to be replaced.

Poor care
The apartment is very spacious and confortable. The Chamonix’s location is excellent. However, the apartment needs a little TLC. It is not well kept and needs updating in every way you may think. It mostly needs a deep cleaning. We found dirty clothes that others guests left behind and nobody picked up, dust everywhere, and don’t even think about turning on the ceiling fans or you will get covered with old accumulated dirt on your head. Disgusting!

Wonderful space and location
We had such a great time at B 54 with 4 adults and 3 children. No one felt cramped, and the views to the runs and distant mountains were breathtaking. Like any place, there were small problems which were quickly resolved. The elevator to the 5th floor only worked going down, not up. That really should be repaired. Otherwise, our family really enjoyed this beautiful spacious condo. Thank you for sharing it!

The location of ChamonixB54 along with the efficient and professionally friendly car service make this an ideal family or adult ski in / ski out Snowmass lodging choice. The entire interior needs a refresh as it is both old and worn. The kitchen service ware is piece meal, carpets threaded etc., If not for the location this property is not worth the price.

Family ski trip
Location and property great. Loved view and ease of ski in ski out hot tub and fireplace
Refrigerator was so loud we needed to turn it off at night as it disturbed sleeping next door. Dishwasher worked off and on. Several wall plugs did not work in kitchen and BR behind Kitchen . I understand it is COVID but we did not get housekeeping until last 2 days. Surprised that there was nothing in unit. Not even salt and pepper,COVID no doubt. Shuttle service was great. We ate most meals in which was great. Loved having grill. Skied all 3 mountains. Great snow and lots of sunshine. We had s’mores on mountain and also XC skiing.
Would definitely return. Beautiful unit Sheliah
