Nestled in the heart of Darwin’s CBD, this apartment offers immediate access to the Waterfront Precinct, known for its recreation facilities, dining and events. Suited to both business and leisure trips, it has everything on its doorstep and comes with access to a residents’ swimming pool.

Inside, the main living area is open plan, flowing to a private balcony. Whip up a meal in the fully catered kitchen or find plenty of eateries nearby. There is a four-person table for meals at home and alfresco seating perfect for a sundowner. In the evenings, relax in front of a smart TV on plush sofa seating, which can be converted to sleep one child upon request. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep you comfortable through the Darwin heat. A study desk within the living space is ideal for those on a working holiday, with space to set up a laptop.

Sleep easily within the comfortable queen-sized bedroom, opening directly to the balcony. It’s set with side tables, reading lights and comes with ample storage space for your belongings. Guests can refresh within a modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, and enjoy the convenience of an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment has access to two newly built pickleball courts located directly across from the property, available for guests to use on a first-come, first-served basis. On the far side of the Waterfront, there is also a three-point basketball backboard and an outdoor table tennis table available to enjoy. Pickleball paddles and table tennis paddles are provided for guest use during your stay.

Secure undercover parking is available for one car. We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request, three days before you arrive.
During your stay, you will have the entire space to yourself, and access to the shared pool. Please make yourself at home!

If your stay is over 14 days, a mid-stay clean will be scheduled every fortnight until your check-out date. Please note that a mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged.
