The main house offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a private apartment above the garage with a queen bed, kitchenette, and bathroom, perfect for guests seeking privacy or extra space.


The primary suite features a king bed with stunning water views, while an upstairs bedroom and main-level bedroom each have a queen bed. The recreation room includes a built-in Murphy bed, ideal for families or larger groups.

We know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some, while others know their way around it. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards.

We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Access instruction including access will be emailed. If not received, call before traveling to property. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. Dogs only allowed if approved in advanced in writing with quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
