The Space:

Deja Blue occupies a prime position in a boutique building on Pine Tree Lane, one of Terrigal's sought-after beachside addresses. Floor-to-ceiling glass and a north-facing aspect fill the generous open-plan apartment with natural light, while the seamless single-level layout creates an easy, comfortable base for families or groups of up to 6.



The terrace catches the sun from morning until late afternoon and includes a BBQ grill for relaxed outdoor meals. Inside, the living area has a comfortable leather sofa, TV and dedicated workspace. Central air conditioning and heating support year-round comfort, from warm summer days to cooler winter nights.



The stone kitchen is well appointed for easy group cooking, with quality appliances, an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dining essentials. A washer and dryer are also provided in the apartment.

For younger guests, a travel crib, standalone high chair and children's dinnerware are available. Beach essentials are provided for days by the water.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace/balcony and all in-unit amenities. The building has elevator access and the apartment is single-level. Self check-in is available via lockbox.



Free parking is available on the premises, with free street parking also available.

Terrigal also has easy access to nearby beaches like Avoca and Wamberal, as well as water activities at Terrigal Lagoon.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, you will need to complete a secure online guest check-in form and provide a digital copy of your ID and card details. Card details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway in accordance with strict privacy laws; they are not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to process the required payment or authorisation.



A refundable $250 security bond is held for the duration of the stay to cover potential damages and released within 7 days of departure, provided there are no issues.
