Any booking extensions must be requested by 4 PM the day before checkout. Otherwise, a cleaning cancellation fee will apply.

A copy of valid photo ID and card will be required for a pre-authorisation damage deposit.

A nice place BUT

Arrived late on a Friday afternoon after driving all day. Tried to contact agent by emergency number provided but no response. We paid extra $75 to have sofa bed made up but it was shockingly uncomfortable (and unusable) and agent agreed with us when eventually seen by them on Monday. Also the TV did not work at all until it was remedied on Monday by the agent (needed new remote control etc). My wife and I are over 70 and we missed out on 3 nights relaxing in front of a TV. I went to the agents address on the next morning (Saturday) only to find it was shut till Monday! When we did eventually get to see the agent (they did not contact us we went there again), they arranged to inspect and only then did they correct the above problems. The sofa bed had not been prepared properly and the 3 part base was in 3 separate levels - impossible to sleep on! The agent was able to remedy one level but the bed still ended up on 2 levels. She also provided an additional approximately 10cm thick mattress which made the bed bearable but 3 nights already gone! Once the above problems were fixed only then could we start to enjoy our stay. We own a rental property ourselves so we do not blame the owners as much as we do the agent. We feel badly let down particularly as we were unable to contact the agent till the 4th day of a one week stay! We did all the right things including sending a text message on the night of arrival. No compensation offered

Dear Doug, Thank you for taking the time to leave such an extensive review. A few points we would like to address from your review. Our offices are closed over the weekends, as per our communication and staff is only available for emergencies. 1. The cleaners usually don't make up the sofa bed as often guests would like to use the sofa and it is up to the guests to pull out the sofa. 2. When you raised the issue about the uncomfortable sofa bed, you were provided with a newly purchased topper. We have not had complaints from other guests about the sofa bed, however, can understand it will be uncomfortable at your age and after you had back surgery. If we knew you had back surgery and planning on using it as a bed for a week, we would have been able to recommend a two bedroom apartment which would have been much more suitable. However, as your booking was only for two people and you booked a one bedroom apartment with the option of a sofa bed, we thought it would be for a guest to use for a night or weekend, which has been fine in the past. 3. The televisions get checked before each guests arrival. The television was found to be working once the HDMI cables that were pulled out were put back in. A member of staff bought a remote as a back up, however they found it did not need the remote replaced once the cables were remedied. No compensation was offered as your issues were addressed and remedied after you came into the office and spoke to a pregnant member of staff who was quite distressed after the way you spoke to her. We would highly recommend booking a two bedroom property for future stays to avoid a situation like this again. Sofa beds are not intended to be used as beds for long periods of time.
