The town boasts pristine beaches that are perfect for swimming, surfing, or simply soaking up the sun. The rugged coastline provides a dramatic backdrop, making it a popular spot for leisurely walks and enjoying the fresh sea breeze.

What I enjoy most about Victor Harbor is the sense of tranquility it offers. It's a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of city life and truly unwind. The coastal beauty is complemented by a vibrant arts and culture scene, with local galleries, boutique shops, and cafes that offer a taste of the region's creativity and flavors. And if you're a fan of marine life, the opportunity to witness Southern Right Whales as they migrate to the area is truly awe-inspiring.

Upon entering the house, you are met with a stunning view of the hillside.

Downstairs is a fully equipped modern Kitchen including gas cook-top, full-size oven and dishwasher. Open plan living and dining rooms share the spectacular panoramic views from the house, and open onto a deck with a generous, round outdoor bathtub.
On this level is also the Bathroom including a European laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a separate door leading from the bathroom to the outdoor bath for convenience and privacy.

The living room offers a high-end LED projector with Sonos soundbar for cinema-like entertainment should you like to indulge in the technology available. Alternatively, a fireplace and cozy reading nook make relaxation inevitable.

Upstairs you will be embraced by luscious bamboo linen, in an inviting queen bed. Should you require, a desk and fast WiFi is also available, as well as blockout blinds throughout for optimum light control.
There is a small balcony with views of the rear garden, and an opportunity to enjoy an afternoon coffee in the sunshine.

The house has been passively designed with sustainability in mind.
We encourage use of the louvered windows and operable skylights for natural ventilation, however ceiling fans and a reverse cycle airconditioner are available to increase your comfort.

The garden has been carefully landscaped with species of flora selected to encourage native birds, insects and reptiles to flourish - with particular attention to the Wrens which can be seen in the afternoons visiting the garden.
