Great stay!

Space was great for our group. Entryway was well equipped with hooks for all our ski gear. Ski in/out was easy - the stairs to Sundance run are just outside the front door. We used Dial a Ride to get to the gondola (2 min drive) at night, and they were so quick and convenient.

We had a perfect stay. House is warm welcoming and cozy. 2 Steam room/showers that are beyond relaxing and hot tub for after a full day of skiing. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and you are right on the slopes so you can stop in for lunch mid day while skiing. Great location and Telluride is fantastic. Plenty of space and bedrooms to spread out. Highly recommend.

Perfect family place

The house is prefect for a family and or large group. The bedroom / bathroom setup allows everyone to have their space. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to eat in. The ski in / ski out is perfect for ski school. The dial a ride shuttle allows you to get whenever you need.

Great house in a wonderful setting

The house was equipped with everything we needed - and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the steam bath every day. We were a party of 7 people, and we had ample space. Kitchen and living area were esthetic and functional at the same time.Telluride is a beautiful place worth visiting!

Five Stars for accommodations & access

We had friends and extended family in for a week. Found the property to be exactly as described. We all felt it was home away from home - bedrooms/bedding & bathrooms were very spacious & comfortable. We had all we needed to cook any meal we chose - though we often took advantage of the great restaurants in Mountain Village & Telluride proper. Two favorites areas in the home - one on the main level where we streamed music gathered for meals, games & conversation. The second was the hot tub, which after a full day activity provided a relaxing spot to rejuvenate.Accessibility is the key to this property through all four seasons - Where a trip to the gondola was either a 10 minute walk to Market Plaza/Town Hall or a call to Mountain Village DAR (Dial a Ride). Gondola’s run through late evening, making sure dinner & drinks in downtown Telluride doesn’t present a problem getting home. You may find you don’t even need a car here.Hiking/biking galore with a very short walk to ski slopes & trails which provided scenic views of the surrounding mountains and Aspens. We’ll be back again - highly recommend this wonderful property

Winter ski stay

Booked this unit for what I thought was a great price for a group of 7-9 for a 4 day stay to ski and explore telluride. The place was fantastic, well built, spacious, modern, and well equipped in regards to kitchen, bedding, towels. Comfy beds. For skiing couldn’t be better, about a 50 ft walk to Sundance trail ski on/ski off. Just pick up the phone and call a shuttle to take you down to mountain village and from there take a gondola to town (which runs until quite late), really couldn’t have been easier. We left feeling like Telluride was just an amazing place and the rental played a large role in that. We had a small unavoidable snafu with the hot tub but the team was really responsive and when they realized it wasn’t going to be fixed by the time we were gone stepped up and offered a very fair refund. Would certainly stay here again.
