Welcome to your home away from home! Nestled in the beautiful community of Nolan Hills NW, our cozy two-bedroom basement suite is the perfect sanctuary for your next getaway.
This suite has ample storage space to make you feel right at home and boasts modern amenities. Every space is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unwind in the serene bedrooms with a comfortable queen and king sized bed, soft linens and fluffy pillows for a restful night's sleep.
**Space:** This charming two bedroom basement suite boasts modern amenities with a touch of classic elegance. It features a private well lit side entrance. The private living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the plush sofa with your fellow travelers or enjoy a meal in the dining area. The self check in process allows you to arrive at your own convenience without any hassle.
**Bedroom:** There are two bedrooms in this suite perfect for individuals, friends or family of up to 4. You’ll be able to unwind in the serene bedrooms with a comfortable King and/or queen-sized bed.
The Executive Master bedroom boast a huge 60” window that provides tons of light. The Master bedroom has an ensuite access to the full bathroom and a full size walk in closet. You also have a small area to lounge while you meditate or read a book. Soft linens and fluffy pillows ensure a restful night's sleep.
The second bedroom (although smaller than the master bedroom) is tucked privately away on the other side of the suite and has a queen sized bed that sleeps up to 2 people. This room also boasts a huge 60” window that provides natural light and a cool and fresh air during the hot summer days. It is a very functional space with everything you’ll need from a full length mirror to a night stand and lamp and pull out storage.
**Bathroom:** Pamper yourself in the clean, sleek and modern 5 piece bathroom, featuring a luxurious and spacious tub and all the essentials you need to freshen up. We provide hairdryer, fresh towels, and complementary toiletries to help you settle in with ease.
*Kitchen** The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, and is complete with all the appliances you will need to make your stay very comfortable. There’s a stove, chimney style hood fan, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, along with cookware, utensils, tableware, and more. Thinking about baking…? then you have nothing to worry about as you’ll have all the bakeware needed to enjoy your fresh and home made baked goods.
**Storage:** Ample storage space is available to make you feel right at home. This space boast a walk-in pantry with tons of additional storage space. Additional space for your jackets/shoes etc awaits you at the entrance.
**Parking** Free Street parking is conveniently located within door steps to your unit.

**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:**
1. This rental is a below ground basement unit in a family home. A family of 4 resides above, so you may occasionally hear them conversing, coming and going and walking about. Reasonable noise from people living their normal everyday lives should be expected.
2. Please note that this suite has not been “safety proofed” for little children or infants. It is your responsibility to exercise caution if there are little children/infants within your company.
3. The second bedroom (although smaller than the master bedroom) is tucked privately away on the other side of the suite all within the basement.
4. No unregistered guests. If you wish to bring in any additional guests, I kindly ask that you request permission from me first.
5. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed inside the property. You may only do so outside the side entrance gate of the property.
6. No parties or events allowed.
7. No pets are permitted on the property.
8. Guests should respect designated quiet hours (11:00pm-7:00am) and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.)
9. No food or drink in the bedrooms please. The kitchen and living area is fit enough for our guests to eat in.
10. Please checkout on or before the agreed upon checkout time to avoid additional fees/charges.
