This newly built 3 bedroom townhouse sleeping 7 guests with ocean views is ideal for couples and families visiting Torquay and the greater Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road region.
Ideally located only a short drive to all beaches and the Torquay town centre and within an easy stroll to Surf City shopping complex, outlet stores and both Bells Beach and SouWest breweries.
Upstairs the light and airy open plan kitchen, living and dining leads onto the front balcony with views of the ocean. You will also find the well appointed master bedroom with ensuite and BBQ and outdoor seating for entertaining. Downstairs are the two further bedrooms, house bathroom and European laundry. For your comfort there is split system airconditioning in the bedrooms and living area and WiFi available.
The garage is not available for guest use but there is on street parking at the front of the property.
Please note that a pre authorization of $500 is required as part of the security measures.
