Unit was as advertised. Very clean. Easy communication when needed.Everything was great for our stay.There was no thermostat control in the unit but when requested, temperature was adjusted and a space heater and fan are also provided.

The place was a bit hard to locate at night, a lit sign, a lit path to basement door would help,I had to use my phone light to navigate. There is an outdoor motion light, which would have helped to get the key and open the door,but the switch was turned off when I arrivedAppliances were excellent, decent dishes and silverware. It was quite cold, and no way to control the heat. I would not call this two bedroom either. It had one bedroom and a couch. Well lit inside. Plenty of stores close by.Overall happy, very clean interior, did not feel like a basement. Great communication with host.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very cozy, with lots of natural light, and a very comfortable bed. The host is excellent and happily provided what we needed. My wife and I look forward to staying here again next time we're in town.

My friend and I stayed from October 16th - 20th and had a wonderful time. The host was available to answer our questions and provide us with whatever was needed. The property itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the little homey touches, such as the October decor and tea caddy with biscuits and other treats. I definitely hope to stay there again for future visits to Guelph!

Visiting to host Book club, and stayed for 2 nights. Both beds comfortable, but one is a fold out couch in living room. All the gadgets you could want, and very modern decor. Happy to stay again

It’s nice apartment - newly renovated, very clean and nicely decorated. The price is great. The description could be clearer - it’s a one bedroom (not 2) and the parking is on the street because the driveway is full. It is also a basement apartment so expect noise from above but it’s hard to beat the price in this area.
