Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Gas Grill, 4 TVs and WiFi. Enjoy time relaxing with family and friends on the cozy screen porch and charming patio! Exceptional Clubhouse offers an amazing pool, fitness center, beach shuttle and tennis courts! (Limit of 8 recreation passes) The kids will love the catch and release fishing in community ponds.
